This hotel exceeds my expectations in both culinary delights and aesthetic appeal.

I went there for a birthday party. So, I visited there and when the party started I was watching that everything is properly arranged. Food is tasty and served with proper hygiene. I specially liked that they provide a towel to wipe your hands instead of napkins. This is the main reason I like it.

Rooms are small and dated. So is the hotel. But they are renovating it now. Staff is courteous and helpful. Little Italy on their terrace is a great place for a few beers; great food too. I recommend their pizzas. I've stayed at this hotel about 5 times now. Always been good. Location is top notch, there's a small, but adequate gym in their basement. I will continue to stay there on my visits to Jamshedpur.

The hotel is well located with everything nearby. Rooms are neat and clean with all amenities. The in-house restaurants serve good food, a must try. The best thing about this hotel is the staff - friendly, kind, caring, helpful and service with a smile. The buffet breakfast is a delicious menu. Chef Imran with his expertise cooks up awesome dosas and omelettes of your choice. Chef Imran Mohd. Wahid, Mohd. Shafiq, Kshirod jena and all the other staff are exceptionally welcoming and happy to serve. The reception staff, door man, just everyone were extremely courteous and helpful. God bless each and everyone who made our stay so comfortable. Things to avoid- Take a room not facing the main road as it gets traffic noise. Wifi is patchy sometimes.

Experience was good, food was okok not so good or mouthwatering. Ambiance is peasant, staffs are good & cooperative. Wheelchair accessibility is not available or so clear even we not found in confrence hall. Overal comparing to price not so useful.

The Hotel is located at the heart of the city. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The staffs are really polite and humble. Our Stay included complimentary breakfast. The food was really good.

Very poor service. Didn't expected this from the renowned Fortune Hotel of Jamshedpur. I was there for dinning. Major items in the menu was unavailable like mushroom , you won't find simple masala papad here. So if you are visiting here just for food, never visit this place. Staff taking order behaviour was rude. No proper service seen. They offered water after 20 min of arrival at dinning table that also after asking for it. Food price were unnecessarily over priced. Whereas the quality was not good. Found bug ondinning plate when asked for changing it they refused saying bugs are there due to light. Poorest service seen. You will find very gud hotels & restaurants in jsr . Plz avoid visiting here

Located in a prime location in Bistupur, this is a nice hotel with some amazing service. The food is good too. Has ample parking as well.

Poor food, poor ambience, poor hospitality. We headed for the family dinner and it was pretty disappointing. Suggest ppl to be away from CP. Not the same as it used to be in Jamshedpur in good old days.

A very good hotel with an even better room service and other working staff. the breakfast could improve a little though and also probably the position of the faucets on the basins..still, that's knitpicking...have almost no compliants otherwise.

It's location is the best part of this hotel. Situated in bistupur, which is the prime location of jamshedpur. This hotel has very good restaurant cum cafe called Little Italy. Must visit place if you are in jamshedpur

Had been here for dinner with parents n spouse.Everything was excellent ( starters,main course n juice) just for Toady in which too many particles of black pepper was put but not strained.

Value for Money. Not as Hyped as Ramada or The Cruize but it has its own cloud. Rooms are decent size and cleanliness is top notch . Food is quite good. One thing I liked was they also give u ironing box or Laundry service at no extra cost . They don't have swimming pool, but do have a well maintained fitness centre.

The hotel needs a massive renovation the conference room isn't good and there is a lot of discoloration and wear and tear in the bathroom tiles and common areas. Lift is really bad!! Please renovate - didn't expect this from Fortune!

Property was good but not well maintained. Food is average to good. Service is prompt. Stayed there for 1 night. Earlier it was under Fortune group, but now its a separate stand alone hotel. ( I guess Fortune Group left).

Amazing Reception Party tonight happen. But one thing disappointed me that I ask to pack foods brunches for my own family (2 member were at home) they didn't handed me , and the best part is though the party was thrown by me.

Rooms were quite comfortable.in my second stay one the bathroom had some issues and my room was changed by the staff themselves once they realised fixing will take time

The ambience is good for a three star hotel in Jamshedpur. You get gym facility but spa is not available. Rest food and lounge are great. Worth a try. You get fresh Italian food as well with wood oven pizza.

Nice place to celebrate any small functions like birthday parties, anniversary parties and also engagement parties. They have different function halls with different capacity of people. Plan accordingly on how many people are attending your party and book function hall accordingly. They also provide decorative halls and customised hall decorations as per budget and requirements..
