Domino’s- The brand value is itself tells the story so I’m. It writing much about it. It’s awesome in taste. Store specific observations are 1. Space is very limited here (considering social distancing norms- this can hardly afford more than 15-16 people at a time) 2. Toilets etc need to be cleans as per brand requirements, wash basin should be out of toilet (for hand wash one need to enter in toilets) this I didn’t liked particularly. 3. Parking space available in basement- that’s a god long to note.

Not a pleasant experience. We visited this place today and placed our order. While we were waiting to get our order ready, we requested for a glass of water which was bluntly refused saying that we had to purchase water bottle for Rs.20. Secondly, we noticed three staff members inside the kitchen not wearing mask in fact hanging mask on their neck. Thirdly, we received message that our order was ready at 10:21pm and upon asking staff said that it was getting ready and was finally handed over at 10:30pm. Not expected such an unpleasant experience from a reputed brand. Had this been located in a metro city, no wonder this would've been shut by now.

Rude manager. Reached a bit earlier than the opening time and was sitting inside to order. The manager rudely said "Who are you? The place is not open yet, go outside." I would have understood if it was crowded, but the place was empty. He said "The place is not ready yet", as if I was hindering their preparation. I simply left and did not come back afterwards. Pathetic hospitality. As if they have a palace and they are royalties. Will not allow any commoners to sit inside. Never going to this Domino's branch after this.

It a great place to hangout with your friends they have a great menu to order and enjoy your privacy u can spent a lot of time they. U can enjoy a lot.

We've enjoyed a lot here. We tried all veg mania and a mornacco pizza. A very family Domino's Pizza in sakchi. Location :- Beside electrokraft, near diamond, infront of national electronics, sakchi, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

If you are a pizza lover then must visit this place...Good Pizza Center - They have great variety of pizza with different sizes..

This Domino's Outlet is pretty small and probably is the only negative thing about it. So its difficult to enjoy a pizza here on weekends. Rest the quality of food and service is very good. The avg wait time is around 20-30 mins during evening which needs to be improved.

I have ordered my pizza but it's been 1 hr we didn't received our delivery...we have tried so many time to connect with the Domino's outlet but the calls get diverted and call dropped...I have tried to got the help from the customer care for help but not helpful as the number which they are giving is closed no....here we are starving but still we didn't have any updates regarding our order...... please check and get it resolved urgently...as the delivery boy no is also not connecting...and we are unable to connect with the delivery boy also

Nice place for hangouts with friends and family, outlet is little bit short of sitting place it's affecting when lots of public gather there and service was quite fast and sanitation facilities are good, food was delicious and friendly atmosphere.

The staffs are really horrible tables are unclean, ac is defective, the language used by staff is really rude and un mannered. I suggest no one visit the domino's pizza in sakchi location.

Very rude behaviour of the staff, They don't know how to talk to their customer, they don't deliver what you pay for like I ordered cheese burst pizza but got that added cheese topping, they were arguing for it also saying that j there is no use of talking to you, even hygiene is very bad as they don'tuse gloves and head cap which is sop os Domino's I think.

Pathetic experience. Denied for delivery and very rude behaviour. Threatening me on the call. Labour class employees, don't know how to behave with customers. Don't order from Sakchi Supercenter branch. They call from their personal numbers and misbehave with the customers.

The sakchi store is not taking orders for dine-in directand asks you to always order from the dominos app which spoils the experience of dining in. This has happened thrice with me now in 2 months :/ The delivery time too after evening is more than 30 mins for dine in. I had prior a good experience initially when the store was inaugurated but it seems to have deteriorated its service over time ☹️

Ordered a Margherita and received something else only. The food was cold and not even fresh, maybe they just a leftover order. The delivery also took almost 50mins. Children couldn't even have their dinner because they conviniently sent the wrong order and closed the store. Just refunding the money does not make-up for everything. Absolutely unacceptable!

Firstly normal base wasn't available. It was out of stock.I have faced this problem several times in Sakchi Domino's and secondly also I have received wrong order from the same store. I think this should be reviewed. Not only this but they are also rude and dont repond well. Its almost as if they r doing us a favour by serving us.

Pathetic service....multiple times order delayed.. today 02 September i ordered the pizza and i got the pizza after 1 hour 13 minutes when its a 30 minutes delivery. the pizza is cold and stale and not edible. When contacted the store manager Rahul he decliined to help and ask to pay even if it is cold. poor service and worst service .....Rude customer service.....This is the last time i am using dominos......

I have visited this place many times and it is always a pleasant experience, the lady who takes the order is such a kind hearted person (Saroka) my phone was dead so i asked her to charge it & she did. What a kind gesture it was. ❤

Good experience. Tasty food. But the shop is small.

First of all, the outlet is extremely small in area. It remains crowded most of the times. I've been to various Domino's outlets across various cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Bareilly , Noida etc but this is by far the smallest outlet I've visited. During these COVID times, no Covid protocol is maintained. The Infrared thermometer gun and sanitizer were not being used. The staff (girl) who was making the pizza dough was eating something while preparing the dough. Her mask was also below her mouth, which is unhygienic for the customers. Who's the manager and what's the manager's duty there when he can't check the service properly? Then there is the garlic bread, I have never had such a bad garlic bread ever in my life. It was just maida , there was no taste of butter and garlic. It was very dry inside! There was very little butter and garlic on it when it arrived and it was not cooked to perfection. So disappointing! There was only a pinch worth of butter in it. The manager should look how these things are made, whether the staff is properly cooking it with all the required ingredients. The pizza too was sub-standard. I invested Rs 700+ but it was all waste. Almost everything was below par! With such a poor service the brand value of Domino's is getting diminished.
