The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L). I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

DONT EVER GO TO RAMADA ❌ The staff is abusive towards its own customers. Nowhere in the world i have experienced this. It was around 12 and i was talking to a friend and said to him “ saare bande chale gaye “. The staff over there without any involvement in our talk says “ Bandon se gaand marwayega kya “ . I didn’t dare to ask him anything further thinking he might physically or verbally abuse me. It was a nasty behaviour in a hotel which i will never forget.

The hotel is good. All amenities are good, like swimming pool, gym, etc. rooms are sort of alright compared to price. Restaurants have many food items however, biryani tastes horrible. The bar is really beautiful and worth going. The hotel has driver accommodation, which is rare in Jamshedpur.

The buffet spread was good but they were hesitant to take my orders. They refused to get pancakes. This is what I received when I asked for lemon tea- a tea bag in hot water and lemon separately. Didn't expect this from the brand. These are simple things that make all the difference between brands.

Hospitality is excellent. Staff members are humble and pro-active. More suitable for Executive and business class guest. Amenities like swimming pool, gym etc. are not worth for money if you come with family. Mattress inside rooms are not of good quality. Room size and wardrobe are comfortable for single occupancy. Good quality food is being served but seasonal fruits are not available in menu. Overall a good hotel at prime location in the city.

    1. Ensure your drinks quality they sell lower quality in the pub. 2. Staff and management is very poor. 3. Dont opt for Cab services they will over charge you. 4. It's better to opt local hotels in Jamshedpur. 5. Just don't go by the name of ramada. It's pathetic.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Ramada Hotel and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the level of security and service provided. My stay was marred by a terrifying incident that left me feeling unsafe and uneasy. During our stay, my companions and I encountered a distressing situation where an individual who was not a guest at the hotel followed us on the corridor. It was evident that he had accessed the elevators, which was both alarming and perplexing. When we confronted him, he became argumentative, escalating the already tense situation. In response to this incident, we immediately contacted the hotel's security team, expecting swift action and reassurance. However, to our dismay, the security staff was reluctant to acknowledge that there was a breach in their security measures. They seemed adamant in denying any responsibility and did not take any meaningful action to address the situation. Their lack of urgency and failure to apologize only added to our frustration. The fact that the hotel's security system allowed unauthorized individuals to roam freely in the premises is simply unacceptable. It left us questioning the safety of not only ourselves but also other guests who may have encountered similar issues. A lack of a sincere apology or a genuine effort to rectify the situation further highlighted the hotel's disregard for guest safety and their duty of care. As a guest, I expected a certain level of security and professionalism from Ramada Hotel, and unfortunately, my expectations were not met. I cannot stress enough how unsettling and irritating it was to deal with such negligence and apathy. Based on this experience, I regretfully cannot recommend Ramada Hotel to others until they address these glaring security concerns and improve their customer service. It is essential for hotels to prioritize the safety and well-being of their guests, and in this case, Ramada Hotel fell far short of expectations.

Never in my life I was asked to show the bill while exiting a restaurant. It was really humiliating. It is not bad to keep tabs on customers not paying bill, but we even had left over packed, are your staffs so careless that they don’t see who has paid the bill and who hasn’t ? Instead of training the staffs Ramada chooses to humiliate its guest by stopping them on the exit. The lady was named Sneha, FYI. Also the manager was seating us near the washroom, we refused because the entire pub was empty, we said we would leave if we have to sit there, he says we are blackmailing him 😄😄 we finally got to sit in the middle, now without asking he made 4 men sit with us (we were 2 girls ) without checking if we were comfortable. It’s ok if it would have been a metro, where crowd is unmanageable, but this is Jamshedpur we are talking about. Never am I ever going there, not recommending to anyone.

I had stayed there from 14.04.2022 to 17.04.2022 with my wife. In its website, it was mentioned that check in time is at 12 o clock. However, at hotel it was told me that check in time is at 2 p.m. Moreover, those who are at receptions are not so polite and welcoming. Pool is not functioning, despite the decline of corona cases is beyond comprehension. During my stay , they charged me extra Rs. 2000/- citing that there is stain in towel committed by us. They charged the same under misc. head. They charged me more than the price of towel altogether. It was nothing but some stain of "sindoor" and "chandan" that given to us during our temple visit. It was not expected from such reputed chain of hotel. Moreover, during check out too. the staff members present are not courteous enough to bid adieu with polite manner. However, those who were serving room services were quite good mannered and polite.

Have been trying to call Ramada for last 4 days regrading my booking for Dec'22,since i need to make some changes, no response from either ways (email, phone or chat) my experience with Ramada has already failed - now seems i will have no other option but to cancel and book other hotel. Very very very poor customer service

The staffs were not helpful at all. My check in was on 15th and check out was on 22nd but due to a death in family I had to check out on 21st but the hotel denied the refund and early check out, Sourav Kundu was the duty Manager.

Stayed here and also organised a Banquet. Food was really good. Hotel room was clean and hygienic. The service was great and people are really polite and helpful. Would recommend to everyone. Easily the best hotel in Jamshedpur.

A premium hotel with all the amenities. Rooms are clean, well lit and spacious. Has good dining options. Location is very good as well. A bit on the higher price band than expected but overall a nice experience staying here. Do stay if budget is high.

Respected Sir, This is to draw your attention to the fact, that I put up at Ramada, Jameshedpur, for a week or so. However, I am afraid to let you know, that our stay has been terribly unpleasant, thanks to the rough and apathetic demeanour of your staff. Delving into specific nuances of the same, would be rather cumbersome. However, certain key facets inclusive of miscommunication and lack of display of etiquette by your duty manager Sourav Kundu and his co-receptionist Ronit Srivastava, with regards to the concealment of the exact amount pertaining to the car services for sightseeing have indeed caused me, to contemplate opting out of this property, in the near future. Moreover, the increasingly brash and disdainful attitude of one of the supervisors, Souryadeep of your restaurant "Jampot", has sparked intense scepticism, with regards to the training framework of your employees. Indeed he has to be taught basic soft skills and polite behaviour, from scratch. Such displays of inhospitable and frigid codes of conduct, have left me awestruck. On the whole, it has been a horrid experience, staying here. Perhaps we would be exploring other prudent options such as Shaurya Inn or Centre Point, which commensurate with our expectations. In this regard, may I also urge you to take strict against the aforementioned individuals, and embark on a process of tremendous improvement, before accomodating guests. Warm regards, Ainesh Dey

Location is great but service is awful. On entrance I asked guard for parking place he guided me towards exit. Two more guards were spectators. At lunch (buffet), items weren't in sufficient quantity and guests had to wait. Poor planning. Attached toilet with hall had only one toilet each for male and female guests, which was inadequate for gathering of more than 100.

Good hotel premises. No views, best to keep the curtains drawn. Small stinky pool. Overall acceptable minus the breakfast spread which was cutting corners daily over a week's stay. For the price, the breakfast spread can be much better. The rooms were okay mostly, some rooms the ac was set to full blow and refused to be manipulated. The bathrooms were clean. Drinking water bottles may be given adequately if you ask consistently.

Well managed and clean rooms, good gym facilities however they need to repair treadmills (two out of three are not functional). Breakfast spread is good but needs to be changed on a daily basis since I found it to be the same everyday.

  • 1/5 Saurabh A. 1 year ago on Google
After multiple stays, I experienced that this hotel, needs improvement is many area's. simple example we are eligible for 10% discount on food & beverages, however we have to remind the restaurant team every time we sign the bill and they go and correct, if we miss and sign the bill it cannot be rolled back at the reception. Rooms are not set properly, we have to call them e.g. towels. Any complementary things note is kept on the last day or even not kept in the room. We get to know about our eligibility from other colleagues. Hospitality is completely missing, they do not value regular guest. It’s like fist time and last time guest feeling every time. I have not experienced such hospitalities at-least in hotels where we regularly stay.

I found their rooms and service good, they even provided me with a free upgrade without asking for it. The location is also good but only issue is their swimming pool seems un accessible and confusing to reach, their gym looks very small and limited, their salon and spa services seems to be really different and were low on my expectations. Their restaurant Jampot is good and their bar Quench is good to visit.

Let me keep it simple and sweet. Beds and pillows in rooms are really very old. It's like a pit you get into when you sit on bed. The bathroom is very neat and clean. Housekeeping staff are really very good and they do clean the rooms spic and span. I gave 5 Star rating for Service, as I was glad at least the basic hygeni was taken care of. There are no snacks or munchies in the room. If you want, you can order. There is a menu card available for in-room dining, too. Room Service is super dead slow. While I understand the time taken to travel to room from kitchen is long, the food comes as super cold. For the kind of dining, food, and beds, I felt it was not worth money spent. Accessible to public transport very easily.

It's one of the best luxurious hotels in Jamshedpur now located in Bistupur. Fully airconditioned and quite big having ground plus eight floors. Foot print is quite big. The lobby is very spacious with high ceiling. There are four banquets, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. It has one big spacious all day dining restaurant and one well equipped bar having a smoking zone. Both smoking and non smoking rooms are available with both king and twin bed options. It has standard rooms, club rooms and suits. Rooms are luxurious well equipped with tea coffee maker, AC controller, work table, lounger etc but the toilets are small even though fully equipped with a bath tub in the shower stall. All staffs are customer friendly. Restaurant menu has wide spread. I tried Italian pene pasta arabiata which was delicious.

We stayed in Ramada in November 2023. Hotel is centrally located with basic amenities. Honestly, we booked the hotel with the name & brand reputation of Ramada, but hotel did not live upto that standard. We had asked for extra bedding and quality of extra bedding was absolutely pathetic & unhygenic. Bathroom sunk gets jammed. Internet (WiFi) does not work (when we called reception multiple time for this, they said there is some issue and someone will come & fix, but nothing happened during our stay). Choices on breakfast menu was limited but of decent quality. Guys on the reception (during checkin and checkout) were very nice & polite.

Personally, my expectations were a lot from this hotel, but did not meet Ramada's standards. Guys on the reception were nice, appreciate that!

Ramada by Wyndham is one of the elite hotels in the city of Jamshedpur. Although I have not stayed here for a single night, I have attended 3-4 corporate events here. The quality of the banquet halls is high as they are equipped with all the modern facilities. The quality of food served in all the events was stupendous. The only difficulty I have realised is with the restroom. The gents and ladies washrooms are not in a separate place and it is very tough for the ladies to make a suitable way to their rest rooms. There is ample space for car parking. So, anyone attending the seminar / corporate events can easily park their vehicle within the hotel campus.

Even though the ambience was good and rooms looked great, the service is only good if you stay there for a day or two. I had my brother’s wedding scheduled there, the guests were assigned to stay there for 5 days. The staff seemed to be rude and delay the service from time to time. The biggest blunder which happened was on the sangeet night, the buffet provided by this hotel made 60% of our guest ill with food poisoning with 1 of them having to be hospitalised for 6-7 hours. Upon complaining they just say that feedback has been sent?? Very bad service, will never ever recommend this hotel to any of my acquaintances.

I stayed there with family for 2 night, we booked two interconnected rooms on 7 th floor. Problem arises on 2nd day . AC was not working since afternoon, so we informed to reception and emergency service of hotel. The technician fixed it but after an hour the same problem arose again problem fixed by technician, same problem continued upto mid night and at last management raised their hand and lastly they offered two pedestal fan. Height of audacity happened when they shifted us in a single room with an excuse that most of the rooms will be full that day. After this type of service we won't recommend anyone to stay at your place.

Went yesterday with family to the restaurant in the ground floor. Jampot. It was full but no rush, got a table for 5, 4 adults and 1 kid. Will highlight the issues I had to face. 1. No cutlery with napkins kept on our table, even after asking they just got 2, we are 5 of us. 2. Ordered soup sweet corn and Asian greens, Asian green came first 1/2, however the waiter when asked which is this he said sweetcorn. So 2 of us who suppose to have sweetcorn started having and realised their is no corn. When asked again other waiter said it’s Asian green soup. Full confusion as both soup looked similar… asked to cancel sweetcorn then and give Asian greens,, took almost 30 min to get the other soup. 3. When asked for a an extra bowl, the waiter serving brings the empty bowl with his fingers inside the bowl (exactly like a road side dhaba waiters wud bring). 4. Ordered a veg Risotto for my 6 year old kid which came early and we started feeding our son. In the middle almost finishing half, he wanted to take a break and went to the loo and take some pics in the lobby with him. When we can back his dish with half eaten risotto on the plate was taken away, without even asking. 5. The most HORRIFIC INCIDENT, while eating my kid found something hard in the left over risotto in the serving plate. When he took it out it was a piece of GLASS. We immediately called the waiters and the managers abd told them. They are like sorry sorry etc. 6. After all this we wanted to just finish the food and get out from their and hoping they will compensate in the bill with all the horrible experiences we faced since we came. The bill came and they just didn’t add the risotto in it. I was like do you realize u served glass piece in ur food along with all the other issues we have been telling u about and that too ur suppose to be a 3 star hotel. How do u compensate on that. He went back n gave a 500 ra discount. We were so fed up of the services and promised never to come to this restaurant to eat. To the management of Ramada Jamshedpur , please train your staff how to serve, how to take care of guests .. they all looked very unprofessional. Worst experience ever, I would advise not to go to this hotel during occasions and when it’s crowded. They will ruin you day.

A very well maintained space. The rooms are spacious and the staff is helpful. They have a function hall that can accommodate 150-200 and a open space at the back for bigger reception. Parking is bit of an issue though they have a valet service. Good was good and quality is maintained.

Had stayed here for two nights. Room was spacious, optimally decorated and clean. Best part is its location. It is in proximity to Jubilee park, Mango Bus stand and P&M hi-tech mall. Only thing that could have been better is the size of the TV - 32 inch doesn't go down well in 4 or 5 star property. Otherwise, it's a value for money and generally booked. So book in advance...

Nice stay at this hotel. What I liked: a. Nice, cosy bed. b. Silent (almost) AC c. Good spread of breakfast buffet. d. Room orders served in a reasonable amount of time.

Food was good but if you are looking for a good steak, then this is not the place. I had a very bad experience in the welcoming. The guards need to be trained and they were the most unprofessional people one could even expect. The manager of the restaurant was welcoming enough to deal with it well. Hence the better stars.

For the price and the star rating it was just OK. Towels were old and worn out. Toiletries provided were basic. Shampoo, body lotion and one small soap. No conditioner or shower gel. Breakfast buffet was outstanding

The reception staff is very unprofessional and have no training on how to deal with overseas clients with overseas passport. It took them several attempts and probably over an hour to figure out check in. The extra cot they gave us was super flimsy. The tiles at main gate are broken which are OH&S issue for their own Gatekeepers. Breakfast was good.

It is a 4 star hotel with 5 star service. Stayed from 13th June to 16th June 2022. All staff members are cordial, helpful and knowledgeable. We were allowed late Check-out as our train was at 4 PM from Tatanagar station. Food was also good - tasty & nutritious. We will like to stay again there.

We went there with family for a birthday dinner. Ordered some drinks and starters. It seems there is no captain. The waiters are over enthusiastic, coming to the table multiple times asking the same questions about water and orders. The starters we ordered was flat and tasteless. The main course came and the naan was stone cold, like it was yesterday's leftover. On complaint, they took it back for replacement, which took so long that the order items went cold. The best part was the compensatory dessert offered to us. It was some kind of khowa mithai with multiple colours, straight out of some cheap sweet shop. It would have been better if they didn't offer. No one from the family wanted to touch it. Bottom line, please don't eat here. Looking at the bill, I felt like I am the biggest fool around. P.S. the rooms here are also very scrappy. Rates are higher and rooms inferior than the place next door
