This was my first visit to reliance digital and i noticed that prices are really good here. Other stores or even online medium does not provide these rates. The staffs are really helpful and cooperative. They are trained and professional. I had A great experience shopping here. So reliance digital will be my one stop shop for any electronics purchase.

Very helpful the staff are , here you can get almost every electronics products but you should check it in their website first, if that is available in your pin code then surely you may get the product in their store. The cost of product is same as they showing in their app. In both the cases cash mode or finance mode price will be same. Here you can get 2 -3 companies finance option available. Always be a clever customer before paying you must check the price and offers related to the same products.

Services are horrible... I bought an AC Servicing boy comes and repair And after 1 days if any problem occurs he doesn't come at all... He cuts the call... And the customer care girl says I'll call you back in 2 minute sir... And never calls... Not a single day I sat tension free...

Amazing experience each and every staff members are very professional. Hats off to the manager as well who has managed his team.

I have brought Philips music system for my home , second day before 24 hour after buying I went there for replacing it with the costly one ,I have also brought 2 music system before also within the period of 8-10 months ,the salesman refuses for replacing the same with the costly one I m repeat customer of reliance digital bistupur,I live in dimna road jamshedpur and decided not to buy anything from reliance digital present or future also I will never suggest any of my family members, friends, relatives to purchase from reliance digital.

After sales service is terrible. At the rime of sale they will make all sorts of commitments on the delivery time and place but once the item is sold and you have paid the money you are trapped. They never meet the time requested for delivery and more over will start giving excuses for the same, like vehicle came late, loading of good got delayed etc etc.

Few days back I went to buy a TV, I asked if they have Hisense 55a7h model and their staff asked me what are the features and I explained features and sound output. He told me sir none of the TV's come with so much strong audio output (102watt) very rudely, I said we've fully checked the TV specifications on various online platforms and after plenty of research I came here to buy TV. He called one more staff and said go and check for this particular TV if it has 102w sound or not, he checked and came back and said yes it has 102w sound output. After that he started to talk very arrogantly as he was proven wrong and he started to tell me all the negative things about that tv, I said I've already researched a lot and after that I came here. And we decided not to take TV from reliance trends, while leaving he said (rudely) "dekh lijiye aaplog ka marzi hai jo lena ho lijiye humko kya" Note : The staff was chewing gutkha or paan whatever it was idc, what I know is he wasn't professional at all and I don't expect this kind of service from reliance.

We found the required Oneplus Bullets Z2 wireless neckband on store but on website, no nearby pick up store was shown. All these surfing was done keeping the product in hand at the store. Moreover, price at the store is more than on website

After sales service is worst,no one picking call and for Installation also no guidance.

It wasn't an experience that I had back in my mind.. I went to buy a bluetooth neck band and there were hardly a couple of brands available and for those brands, they had no piece available for the demo..when I requested them for the demo, their response was nail in the coffin.. You don't get demos in local markets either, so you can't complain..! I bought the neck band that they gave me though, as I needed the one badly for my office purpose..

They provide all types of gadgets . Also they cleared all your queries. Price felt little bit high but they can manage by applying discount on your final bills. Visit them and find your own items like music system ,box , earphones , headphones, trimmer and all types of appliances.

Hello, I would like to give a 0(zero) ratings to sony product service team i bought a sony home theatre and the service i have been facing since 3 mnths is pathetic inspite of purchasing additional warranty through reliance rescue plan there is waste of money.. Kindly dont purchase sony products from reliance digital as the service is extra ordinarily poor. Honest experience Watse of time and money too. Reliance digital i recommend if sony cannot provide proper service to their customers kindly dont keep their products in your counter that will hamper your image as well.

The staffs are very arrogance. I went on Saturday so I told them I will call u tomorrow Nd place my order, but the next day when I called them they told me call after 10 minutes the cut the call never called back ,, I am very disappointed with reliance 😕

Never ever go for their extended warranty scam .. their salesperson are well very good for getting you best products but might be for sales targets they give extended warranty. Where nothing helps if your device goes wrong after brand warranty... Service centre will bluff you that it is not covered under policy . Like my OnePlus screen without physical damage.. accepted for repairs by relaince ReSq but after a week rejected stating physical damage. So buyers only go for brand warranty.. Nothing like extended warranty helps, it's only for target. Their salesperson are very good but after sales they are like warriors without swords 😅they can't help you all valued customers of reliance digital
