Reliance Trends is famous for good quality cloths which are not so highly prices. They have stuff for Men, Women, Kids, Teens. They have cloths, footwear, Cosmetics, Accessories etc. They have various off season discounts and keep running attractive schemes to woo customers. Overall a good place for shopping.

Nice collection of Dresses for both men and women. There are two floors for women section one for Indian stuff and other is for Western wear. Located on just opposite of Janakpuri District centre, West Delhi.

Staff personnel especially the cash counter staff of first floor was not behaving properly. One staff member was not wearing his mask properly then I reminded him to wear it properly then he started to argue with me and then all cash counter staff was like "ye to phle se hi phna tha mask ( he has already wore mask). Plus when I enquired about a product then he replied arrogantly. Customer satisfaction should always be a priority for these outlets because everyone does not know everything and needs help at that point of time. There is a staff personnel named vinay on first floor has shown a good gesture towards the customer and behaved good. Overall the quality of products are quite good. So you can try once. The Diwali offers at Reliance Trends in Janakpuri West are not satisfactory or appealing. It's noteworthy that this is your third or fourth visit, suggesting a level of satisfaction with the store's offerings and service that keeps you coming back for more. Very nice experience. The staff don't have sence to talk and behavior of gard is to pathetic he don't have no social gesture he abuse the customer . They need to work on this on if gard behaviour is not good to the customer how the current can visit the store. If someone asked me what is bad about the 2023 I today when I have visit the store. I have visit the store for the purchase of formal shoes, there I meet with Mr Neeraj in store as I have selected one pair of shoes but they could have the size while I am walking out side of store the guard start misbehaving. Kindly check and take the action against him.

I have pitiful experience because I needed smoothening and keratin at that time, but the doer didn't ask me if you did pre lightening before... But when he does smoothening my hair gets burnt.. and he Says you should have told me earlier... What does it mean...Am I an expert or you guys...

There are medium budget clothes and that quality also is medium...but i think is better shop
