We booked 15 rooms in Picadilly hotel, (Hyatt now) Janakpuri for December 11, 2021 with first installment payme. Few days back before event they randomly cancelled our booking saying just sorry and will return the amount paid. After chasing them so many times till now, they have not yet return anything. My father was treated badly by the hotel people where they say hotel is closed. I have the proof in mail where they even said will return payment by December 10, 2021. I am tired of chasing their finance dept and all but no fruitful response.

I have stayed here twice. Once on my birthday we prebooked the room and then when I reached there. They took time to give us the keys to the room for almost about an hour. Then they gave us complimentary dinner and apologized. Service was ok. Rooms are nice. You can plan a trip here easily. Not that bad experience

💀😱Ghost Hotel😱💀 Piccadilly was a good name and brand for me since this time visit. It is very bad shape now. Looks like a ghost hotel. I have checked in at night. No 🚗 wallet parking. No body to attend your luggage🛄. No kitchen👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 running in night Only 2- 3 staff for attending the guest. But to my surprise, they were well trained, knows how to pamper the guest even this odd condition. Just a suggestion to Piccadilly Management. It's better to close operations till the time you get in better shape. This will save your brand image, which is ruined by the experience to your hotel. The 2 ⭐ I have given for super staff they have there that time. Otherwise it wouldn't deserve less then one ⭐

Located bang opposite Janakpuri metro but heavily traffic area makes you literally deaf as soon as u get down. Service needs to be improved a lot as guests r left alone to carry der own luggage up n down even on steps. Big hall available for conferences n events. City view rooms had more better view than pool view rooms.

Horrible hotel spoiling the name of Hyatt. Staff behaviour is rude and they are so dumb that you have to explain 10 times the same thing. Lifts hardly work and the funny thing is wifi was down for 4 days.. can you believe or heard that a hotel wifi is down for so many many days and they say that they have no idea why it is down. Rooms stink. Old towels and even to get those you need to wait for 1 hour and make multiple calls. Checkout experience is horrible. I could only see people shouting at the staff. Worse than a 1 star . If you people want a good stay, please look at some other hotels but don’t even book here by mistake. You will regret it. If I had an option to report to any government authorities, I would definitely do it.

I have just entered the property. It’s totally under maintained. The service is below poor. I feel i am fooled for the kind of rates they are charging per night. The pictures posted on all apps are not trustworthy. Trust me you will be fooled. Charges are for 5 star but the amenities, several & rooms scream that it deserves 1 star. The worst experience ever... The hotel didn't even have basic amenities readily available. I had to wait for two hours just to get slippers, and there was no shampoo provided in the bathroom. Their lack of professionalism was extremely disappointing. It felt more like a 3-star property despite being advertised as a 5-star one.

I recently spent five nights at the Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, Delhi, and Overall, my experience was quite positive. The hotel offers a pleasant ambiance and a convenient location, thanks to the metro station right in front of it. The food was a highlight of my stay – delicious and accompanied by excellent service, especially from the friendly restaurant staff. However, a couple of aspects left something to be desired. The rooms, though comfortable, lacked the spaciousness I expected. In addition, during my stay, I faced a few challenges with room keys. The key card stopped functioning on multiple occasions, requiring me to make repeated trips to the reception for assistance. I encountered a mixed bag of experiences at the reception. While Mr. Lokinder and Mr. Utsab were wonderfully cooperative, there was an unfortunate incident during check-in with another staff member. Despite explaining that I didn't require a visa to enter India and providing the necessary documentation, I was made to wait an extended period of time. Moreover, I stayed in two different rooms, and one of them had a noisy air conditioning unit that disrupted my comfort. On a positive note, the hotel boasts a pleasant swimming pool, adding to the overall appeal. Despite the minor inconveniences, the Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, Delhi, offered a generally positive stay, and I would consider returning in the future.

The service at this hotel was downright terrible – one of the worst I've ever experienced. While the rooms were passable, the staff and their services were painfully slow and displayed an appalling lack of professionalism. Aside from the check-in, every other service was a disaster. They had the audacity to charge me for food, but during check-out, there was no bill in sight. Mr. Utsab promised to email it, but it's been over a week and there is no response. Steer clear if you have any expectations for decent service. This place is a letdown unless you're willing to settle for subpar treatment.

Let’s start by saying that Hyatt Centric Janakpuri does not meet the standards you expect from a Hyatt hotel. The hotel is in a very bad shape and needs a makeover. The lifts are in a bad shape with door hinges coming off, buttons not visible, floor display broken. The corridor to the rooms show signs of leakage and smell. The rooms too show signs of leakages and wallpaper peeling off at many places. Amenities like mini fridge was not present on checkin and had to be repeatedly asked for. Towels provided were old and appeared quite dirty. The buffet breakfast again does not meet standards with cold cuts and cheese stale and dry. The staff does not refill the counter once it’s empty. Extremely disappointed, Hyatt brand needs to rethink about continuing with this hotel.

An amazing place for when you want to get out of the busy tourist areas and experience some real tranquility, beauty and really spoil yourself. The location is beautiful and definitely off the beaten path, you won't be bothered by salesmen, traffic or loud music at all. Bring good company or a good book and enjoy the serenity.

A 5 star luxurious hotel in South West Delhi located near District Centre Janak Puri. At present hotel is under renovation but the hospitality is very good even in this pandemic situation of covid 19. They are following all covid 19 safety rules and before checking they sanitise all your luggage etc. At present the place is short of staffs but still they are able to provide the good services to you as much as they could. Staff is good and co operative. A host of facilities available like restaurants, lounge, bar, shopping centre, beautiful banquets, vela parking, close proximity to two metro lines - blue line & majenta line. This is my hubby’s favourite place to stay, whenever he came to Delhi for business trips.

Monica from FRONT DESK RECEPTION is very helpful and professional. She provided comfortable rooms as per our request. Rishi the RESTAURANT MANAGER is very prompt and takes care of guests individually. He provided curated food that kid could eat. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in Delhi.

There's plenty of negative reviews down below talking about the lift, check in process, smells in the room and WiFi. These are all accurate. But the most important aspect of actually being in the hotel is considering what you're going there for and WHEN. The rooms are not sound proof, from inside the room everything happening in the corridor even at a normal decibel carries. DO NOT STAY HERE WITH CHILDREN OR IF YOU HAVE BUSINESS MEETINGS DURING SHAADI SEASON. Also there are no safes in the rooms for keeping your valuables so please consider that. The food was good and the staff was prompt when ordering additional bits to the room.

Not a 5-star hotel, I wouldn’t give it any higher than 2 or 3 stars. They’ve used the Hyatt brand name but the management of this property and service are terrible and not up to the standards of Hyatt. I had to change room two times and there were still issues in the room like water logging in the bathroom, lights not working etc. I will never stay here again. Location is in a very congested, polluted and high-traffic area, and at least 30-45 mins away from the airport.

Absolutely comfy experience, loved my stay here. The staff and service was very welcoming and well behaved we loved the ambiance and the food was tasty too and served well. I would definitely visit again and you should try it too. Service at this price is an affordable hotel for me in Delhi . There are more branches too, you can visit that also.

I came to Hyatt Centric for official stay for 2 weeks. The stay was very comfortable and all-in-all a pleasure. Very cooperative and helpful staff specially Mr. Jagvir at the concierge. He helped me plan my stay and made it more eventful. I would rate it a full 5 stars on every front. Definitely a place to stay.

The property looks good from outside, but once you check in, you discover that the rooms are not well maintained. The floor creaks, the bathroom fittings are blotchy or non-functional, in-room fridge, menu etc. is missing. The wifi was down during my stay. Simply isn't enough value for your money.

I throughly enjoyed the varied selection of vegetarian breakfast options that were available! The staff is very friendly and the room is reasonably clean. It is located very close to a metro station, which makes it a perfect place to go out and about for daily city exploration and shopping. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this as a good option to consider if you are looking to spend some time in Delhi.

LOCATION : Just in-front of the DMRC Janakpuri West, Metro Station (Magenta Line) STAFF : Staff was good... but some of them were a little less interested in assisting, NOT denying service or anything, but you can tell.., There was a guy from the eastern India (just for reference) at the reception, who did my check-in process, he was good.. Smilling and engaging, he let me choose different bed type room, during check-In..!! ROOM was great... But a little less ventilated, as there was a "THUD" sound of door every now and then... It was panicking... Until I found out that, it was bathroom door.. Moving on it own.. With the movement of air inside. DOOR LOCKS are OK and working no issue with them.. But the way they are fitted is not satisfying, as it goes only half-way, it gets locked for sure, as I confirmed it from outside. VIEW : Day time view was great AC : Operation was very confusing, as we struggled for cooling till 5 am, then switched off and on.. Cooling starts again.

Attended a wedding there. Food in the party was lower than the grade. Burnt dal. Breads all hard and bad in taste for the first time i would say that they don't know how to make breads even. Never do or attend any function or party here. After that i would never ever go for food even. 👎 Sorry but avoid them.

We have made a reservation at Piccadilly Janak Puri through MMT app for a day as there was some work going on at my home and considering the fact that my my was pregnant, we decided to stay at near by hotel i.e. at Piccadilly Janak Puri. The movement we entered the premises we noted that it was under construction. While checking in at the hotel, the lady at the reception told us various do's and don'ts such as : 1. Hot water would be available only in morning for 1 or 2 hours only. 2. Breakfast would be served in room only. 3. AC temperature can't be adjusted. It would be fluctuating. 4. Restaurant, fitness centre etc were closed. Only one restaurant was operational till 9:30 post was in room din in would be available till 10:30. We were furious to hear all this and asked why all this is not mentioned on MMT. She told us very rudely that they have informed MmT and it is not there responsibility to ensure whether MmT mentions these facts on there app or not. Since it was a working day for me and my wife we had no other option but to check in. The service was also horrible. The ac was not working at all from 10 pm till early morning and when we complained about it, they told that someone from house keeping would visit us. But no one came to check the AC. Also, they had limited breakfast options and the paneer paratha was no less than a rubber.

The stay at the Picadly was extremely poor. The property was under construction and we booked from MMT and it wasnt mentioned anywhere in the app. When we asked the receptionist she was extremely rude and not welcoming atall. Only one floor was operational so it was no less than a bhoot bangla in the night. Since we were in the need we had no other option but to stay for a night. The ac and water supply was poor. Breakfast buffet was extremely less with only room service. The paneer paratha that they server was too rubbery. Super bad experience at picaddly since the staff is bad food is bad and even the basic amenities were missing.0 ratings from my end.

To start with, we checked in around 7 in the evening and we had called them prior to inform that we’ll be there. 1. They never informed us that the hotel is under construction. 2. When we reached the hotel there was one extremely rude female guard who stared shouting when we politely asked if our luggage could be carried. 3. Then, at the reception there was one man and a lady and the whole area was like a ghost hotel. 4. When I asked them why didn’t they inform us that the hotel was under construction and why isn’t it mentioned on your website they were speechless. 5. They had no mode of online payment at all. 6. Then after a while they lady guard rang the bell of our room and kept our luggage outside our room and with hand gestures asked me to now carry it myself and she will not do anything now and like she was forced to do it. 7. As per the HRACC norms, to be a 5 star hotel, you need hot water supply 24 hours but they only when I asked told me it’s only from 7-9 am only 2 hours the whole day in the morning. No prior information only when asked about it. 8. They do not have any basic first aid medicines when asked about. Over all the 5 star certification that they have should be looked into and it should be inquired on urgent basis. Also, the front desk staff and the guard everyone was rude and not even in uniforms. All in all it was pathetic and please don’t think about coming at this building.

The rooms are old and dated. The staff try to be helpful. When we arrived at 4am on Saturday morning our room was only available for early check-in if I paid 60usd . The place has a very nice ambience and vast space. Very good gym and pool facility with spacious areas around it. The entrance has a vast span of private space where you can practice yoga as well. Overall, it was a great experience on a work visit for a week. The food spread was also good.

Recently stayed at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri. The room was comfortable, and the rooftop bar had a great view. Food was good but a bit on the pricey side. Staff was helpful and polite. If you're up for a relaxed stay and don't mind the cost, it's a nice pick. #HyattCentric #JanakpuriStay

One of the worst experience after paying exorbitant price for Hyatt brand. The management is rude, just 1 litre mineral water (with no in-room drinking water tap) in a double occupancy room and unclean spotted towels least expected from a Hyatt brand. To top it all, NO bath mat (anti-slippery) in bath tub is a potential safe risk and Hyatt must take serious action against hotel management to take this lightly even after complaining about the same. A very unpleasant experience to say the least.

We have visited the hotel last week and we have stayed there for two days. The postive thing is room was very spacious and the location is easy to access,just near by metro station. But the service from receptionist was not satisfactory.She didn't even looked at our face. One light in the room was not working and they were not kept tooth brush kit in the room. The room service food options were very less. Breakfast was good and restaurant service was also acceptable. More over we were instructed to pay the extra amount for late check-out to receptionist's personal Gpay and the same felt odd to us.Over all the service was not upto the Hyatt standard..I am giving 3.0 rating for spacious room and breakfast

I am baffled to know how this is considered a 5 star hotel. The whole 6 nights we were there Wi-Fi was either down or sporadically working but extreamly patchy. The staff never provided updates on the status and just keeps stating that they had IT problems, with not expected completion date or news throughout the entirity of the 6 days. Also the lifts are shabby and poorly maintained, buttons and swipe readers damaged. Doesn't quite feel safe. Generally the whole complex is poorly maintained, power sockets are loose, shower head pipes not sealed and moving, lights flickering, mold on walls etc. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but apart from that it was not a pleasant experience at all.

Getting out of slumber. A big building bereft of its its luxury and guests to enjoy. It is high time that the services should be started in full swing to infuse life in the business, with some checks and cautions, before it goes in ICU. HOPE FOR THE BEST.

The rooms are good, location is excellent and the service was also good. Great place for the West Delhi crowd to organise a function or to dine in.

Recently bought by Hyatt, excellent hotel just visited to consult on IT things as they are renovating it. As usual, was welcomed by heavenly coffee, Hyatt always wins my heart with its coffee.

Der is no buffet breakfast as hotel is under repair... Staff though is generous but they can't help as it's beyond their control... Also I went with my Bike there for which the seat cover has been damaged despite keeping by bike inside hotel Parking... Truly not recommend at all !! Pls don't waste your hard earned money here !!!

This is an incorrect location. The actual Hyatt Centric is located at District Centre Complex Janakpuri (right beside Janakpuri West metro station).

The location is really crowded, takes ages to go in an our of the area. Hotel is functional but not luxury or premium. Rooms could do with an update to bring up to Hyatt standards.

Hyatt centric is known for its renowned company background. The location of this place is not as per the atmosphere and the reputation of the Hyatt hospitality. But still Hyatt have made every thing aligned to make best out of it. Food was quite delicious and mouthwatering made me eat twice. Rooms were good. Not so unique architecture but good to have overall it’s a beautiful experience.

My family's wedding function was held on October 29,2023 evening. I attended as a key family member. We came to know later that the food served was too saulty, many of our guests 30-40 plates dropped it in the dust bin. The hotel system made my family's memorable and joyous occation to severely disappointed event to all of us. The food department is irresponsible, very very poor service even not served starters ( pre course) items in a decent manner. In general I would rename the hotel meal for " SAULTY" and specialized.

I had booked one of the halls in Hyatt centric for birthday party. Before booking all was good but at the time of function they had very very poor service and also food served was not up to the mark. Waiters who were serving snackes were not present. Extremely bad experience I had of this place.

Love the bakery here. The quality is good and there are a lot of options. The best part is that if you come after 7 then you pay half the price for everything.

Initially I had a few hiccups with my room, but the service provided, the care taken by each staff member is commendable. Each guest was attended to with patience, and the staff had taken utmost care to ensure a homely environment, regardless of length of stay. Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, is a must visit.
