This is a great gym for people of all different levels. The staff are great and know what they are talking about. The facilities and equipment are clean and modern. The fitness classes are also really good especially the boxing class. I would definitely recommend for anyone regardless of your goals.

Been here once to enquire, wasn’t received well by the staff member that stayed back to train, left straight away. A phone number for starters would be great. Information on staffed hours, a Facebook page etc. There’s many of us in calleya interested to join as the gym is conveniently located. Seems more like a gym for mates of the owners.

Great atmosphere and gym set up. Awesome class timetable with classes that actually make you work. As a seasoned lifter, the classes challenge me and are enjoyable (maybe not at the time though... 😂)

Everything about this place is great, from the staff, the equipment down to the bathrooms. The gym equipment is new and always clean and in great condition. The owners and staff are amazing, so happy and smiling, greeting everyone and always approachable if you ever need anything. This gym sets a high standard for other gyms in the area, I’ve never had a better experience than what I get from Empire Performance Centre. I struggle with anxiety and coming to the gym makes me extremely nervous and anxious however the staff and members have eased that anxiety incredibly. Extraordinary job by all staff and the owners of this ‘Empire’, they definitely know how to accommodate to all their clientele who’s gym needs vary. This gym also offers classes which are great for someone like me who doesn’t know what they are doing as well as those looking for an overall strength, cardio and HIIT workout. I have nothing negative to say about this gym and even if I did the owners and staff would be onto it to resolve any issue. Great work all, I love this place and I never thought I would ever say or feel that for a gym! Love your work 🤩😍

I came to Empire after not training for over a year I was very anxious about starting up considering how much weight I had put on and how unfit I had become. The team at Empire are very friendly, approachable & welcoming and they have created a really great gym community I don’t feel judged or uncomfortable as the staff and members are really supportive. The classes are fun & always different and cater for all fitness levels I really recommend Empire if you are after a gym that isn’t about ego but rather a place everyone encourages each other to help you reach your goals

Most gyms I've been to are always hit & miss. Its either great equipment but no classes. Cheap membership but intimidating environment. Etc etc Empire Performance Centre however is all hits no miss. The staff (S/O to the owners Aaron & Monique) and atmosphere is really kind, welcoming but also they push you to really hit your fitness goals. The gym space is great & their classes are perfect. Rates are affordable and flexible with no lock ins. If you have been unsure of which gym to jump into or intimidated with joining a gym - seriously give Empire a go. You will not be disappointed! My wife & I love it.

Good gym with a great atmosphere. About 10 modular racks for squats, bench, etc. Good variety of machines. Dumbbells go up to 50kg and have really good classes for fitness, strength, or boxing

Great gym. High quality equipment, 9 total squat racks. The owners Aaron and Monique are great and super supportive, never been trained with any of the PTs here but I can see from training around them that they're always pushing their clients and are very friendly.

I joined Empire Performance recently I was originally at revo. This gym has friendly staff, not too busy, everyone seems quite respectful, and a good range of gym of equipment. They also run various classes such as boxing, cardio, etc. Would recommend.

Empire is by far the best gym I have ever been to. The staff are friendly and approachable and never make you feel intimidated to ask questions. The classes are different each day and are catered for all fitness levels with staff there to help you whenever you need. I highly recommend Empire to anyone looking for a gym, no matter what your age or fitness level is, there is something for everyone.

EPC is a great place to train, and provides training opportunities for people of all ages, levels and training styles. The main gym floor is well equipped with a huge variety of machines and equipment - Mon and Aaron have made the effort to upgrade and add to this area since opening the gym. The group classes are fantastic, providing direction, challenges and motivation (from both the trainers and other class participants ☺️); the trainers are able to give one-on-one attention when required, and help all participants to improve and train with good technique.

The best gym to be a member of. You can tell that Monique and Aaron have put their heart and soul into this place. Bright and open with a great non intimidating atmosphere regardless of the time you train, classes where you won’t just be pushed you’ll learn proper form and technique as well. Always seem to be adding things and looking for ways to improve things! Clean bathrooms, only gym I’ve walked into on a public holiday after not being staffed where the toilets don’t stink and you don’t feel like you’re going to catch something from the showers. Great crèche - I actually trust the staff to look after my little boy The overall presentation, the way they treat their members, and the effort they put in to all the little details. Definitely recommend 👌

Great Gym! The staff were very welcoming, the vibe around the gym was very friendly. The equipment is very good with a lot of space to train. Saunas, classes, no lock in contracts, 24/7, group classes everything you need in one place.
