It's amazing. When crowded then service become slow. If you go there do try "dhai vadha" it the best. Good for family dinners and larger get together. Not very expensive. South Indian food is awsome and few North Indian dish are also good.

I love this outlet of Sagar Ratna. It's not as crowded as everywhere else and food is always so good. We specially visit to have chole bhature. They taste amazing and feel oil free

Perfect place for a break on highway on the way to Delhi. They maintain the quality of sagar ratna and staffs were very nice we had South Indian thali 330inr special rice was missing with this thali but other sagar ratna shops holds the same. Clean ambiance. Parking facility available .

Looking for a perfect veg restaurant on the outskirts of Ambala than go for Sagar Ratna Masala dosa 5/5 Vada 5/5 The A/c was not working properly and service was a bit slow The rest of everything was perfect. I must recommend this place to you.

Place is not very clean. Toilets are not properly managed and are dirty. Sofa was dirty and I asked them to clean it thrice. They could not clean it very well after trying twice. Service level is below average. There is parking space infront of the restaurant but it’s difficult to get space in the evening. Good quality was below average. Not recommended

The stopover to Sagar Ratna while our trip to Chandigarh was very refreshing. The place is beautifully done, giving you the Sagar Ratna feel. The food was amazing and the best was the tea. As everyone after a long drive stops to get fresh by having tea, so this place is a suggested one serving probably the best tea with awesome food. This is a very fine AC sitting closed space. The staff was very smiling and receptive. We ordered 1.honey chilly cauliflower - late delivered and poor taste 2. paneer Tikka- it was neither cooked properly and was served cold. Very poor experience. Not recommended for any further experience at all.

Please don't order aloo sabzi and poori, it is pathetic. They do not serve sabzi with aloo, they serve dried aloo masala(stuffing) of dosa with poori. Pathetic experience, dosa is good

I ordered Masala Dosa and Paper Masala Dosa both and it was not up to mark, Sagar Ratna's quality is deteriorating. The ambiance and location are good but the foods are very expensive. Simple dosa starts from Rs.200 and above. Sambar and other chutneys are also not tasted. My experience was not good.

Nice ambience. Food quality was not that good as per the price. You can find better taste in street food. I tried Masala Dosa and Chana Bhatura. Bhatura was very thick. Average service.

Good taste with pathetic service, mosquitoes on my table like its a garden. Customer service was like they are favoring us by serving us dosa at 250rs aprox.

The food was fine but the sitting area was filled with flies and some kind of smell. The waiter who was waiting us assumed that the balance amount of our bill was his tip so he never returned with the bill and balance. Upon asking he said I thought you guys left so I didn’t come back.

Good place to have south Indian Good in Haryana. Situated at a good place bang on, on the highway. Which gives an opportunity to travellers going Punjab to delhi or vice versa. Ambience is good and service is fast. South Indian lovers will surely appraise this place and its part of Jaggi city center that needs no Introduction to the people travelling from this area and even people residing in Ambala and near by areas.

I am a regular visitor. I visit atleast once a week. It is probably the best sagar ratna in India. The food preparation is excellent, staff is courteous and attentive. Speed of service is fast. My regular items are Madala dosa(extra crisp), kadai paneer and dal makhani. Occasionally i love to eat Tutty fruity ice cream . Recently celebrated my Father's birthday, pics are from the same.

The staff is very co-operative and welcoming... Warm welcome with delicious food is the main attraction.. must visit with pockets full to make your tummy as well full with satisfaction of your pocket as well as tongue. Deepak and his staff all take good care of hospitality..

It do not seems to be a chain restaurant of sagar ratna. Never seen a branch of sagar ratna like this. Highly stinky and unhygienic place including the dishes in which food is served is not cleaned. Advised to think as much as anyone can before visiting this place. Even after so many negative reviews in the past by many visitors no improvement is seen. Price is so high as compare to the service and food they are delivering

South Indian food is ok here , but still I regret why I ordered north indian thali and Chinese food. In my opinion they should stop serving anything other than South Indian food. Staff is friendly and courteous. One more thing I would like to mention that they don't accept digital payment except credit card.

It’s a nice place for fast food yesterday I visited there and I had a great experience over there and the management is so good. I met Mr. Deepak there he is so kind and polite in behaviour has taken my order and delivered the food so fast and all my friends appreciated him.He is really a hardworking man. It’s a famous food chain of South India food. The food is delicious and the ambience is simple and calm. The staff is quite humble and authentic. They welcome you quite well and they ask for each and everything the Sagar Rana in Ambala district is famous all around the local right and on weekends. It’s mostly full

All together it was good. Food was tasty as usual. One strange thing found in invoice that sweet pan was not the part of menu, but served after dinner. Strange was not that it was served but that it was not billed and demanded in cash. When asked the reason for cash payment against paan, it was told by Management that their Chef prepare it out of course by himself and not the part of resturant revenue. Strange but accepted 😅
