I was in before Christmas, and had Becky. She is amazing! Does exactly what you ask for. Beautiful woman with a personality that equals! I always try to get her. I am the daughter of a cosmetologist and I know good technique when I see it. The other stylists are really good, too.Thank you, Becky and all the other stylists ! You all are amazing!!!

Kudos to Janesville Cost Cutters! I wanted to share what I observed.... because it was a true act of kindness from their stylists. A rare act to see nowadays. When a young lady arrived to get her hair combed out with painful matting; it was later discovered she was fighting stage 3 breast cancer. I watched these stylist show the upmost empathy and after some time of consoling her, she made the brave decision to shave her head. One of their own stylist had battled cancer a few years ago, and offered to go get one of her own wigs that she had in storage. In private, she showed her how to wear and care for her soon to be new wig. From personal experience, she also offered how fun it was to try new styles and offered a helping hand at any time. When she walked out of the salon, she was beaming from ear to ear. The kindness I witnessed was simply amazing, and a true testament to the compassionate stylists at Cost Cutters!

Went in on a whim (decided to cut my very long hair) they got me in within minutes and I got a very good hair cut. She did exactly what I asked and I think it turned out pretty good. She had someone else check it to make sure and I'm happy with the results. Very good for the price.

Katie was amazing. I was so nervous to even have my hair touched Katie did a wonderful job. She took her time doing highlights. I have very long hair and knew I was going to need it cut she had me stand up to cut it because it was so long it turned out great. It's still long but looks healthy again.I would recommend Katie to anyone I went in Christmas Eve and it was so busy but she didnt skip a step she took her time doing the job right. THANK YOU KATIE I LOVE MY HAIR!!

We came in for a haircut and beard trim for my disabled father. Irene took care of his hair cut and beard trim. She was the sweetest lady, very patient with him, understood his disability and made him comfortable. We will definitely be back to see her. Hoping that her coworkers can use this as an opportunity to learn and understand clients needs as unfortunately they were not as friendly or understanding as she was.

Stylist smelled so strong of cigerette smoke it was horrible. Why does Cost Cutters allow their employees to smell so bad when they need to be so close to customers. Wont be back to the Walmart location.

My son got his hair trimmed there today paid just under $20 and they cut it so un even and they didn't thin it as we asked them to do so. I called when I seen his hair as it was my bf who took him in and I advised I'm not happy with what they did and advised them that they will be getting a bad review and the lady on the phone said "okay cool bye"

Hair stylist was rude and didn't listen to what the client asked for. Hair was barely sprayed, Cut took 8 - 10 minutes, an was blow dried in her ear before asking if it all looked okay. The stylist didn't conversate with the client only her co worker. When we called the manager she claimed to have looked at the camera an said the appointment went long than it actually did. I calmed the client down an went back to allow the manager to fix it as she said she would. However, upon our return back up to the store the manager couldn't be bothered to come back out. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
