It is the best apartment in kursi road , as being a kid I enjoy here very much , if u are young u can play any type of sports at the ground between the two buildings, there are children of every age group so u can intermingle between them easily.

Fantastic dwelling of a class gentry. The most quiet, calm, serene, tranquil and up to the mark apartment in Eden Enclave on Kursi Road. Even better is the fact that here one can offer namaz on ground floor. Most of the residents are apartment owners who work in nearby Integral University. Though this locality is not included in Lucknow Nagar Nigam but soon it will be in availing all the basic amenities including street light, sewer and drainage among others.

It comprises of two huge buildings, situated near the kursi road, it is little bit out side the LKO, The famous marketing place near it is Tedipuliya Which is about 2.5 km away from it. Alhamdulillah there is no doubt to tell that here the environment is clam as well as hygienic. It is not included in nagar nigam but availing the amenities of street light, transport route as well along with other things. Here there is a class of gentry, having good relationship with the peoples living over there.

Nice apartment.. Rates are high.. Small mosque in basement.. People are good and helpful.. One can live if he she can afford.

The building is easily visible from the main road. Spacious apartments, 2bhk in 1150 sq ft. 2 balconies, lift available and spacious rooms. Building has 2 entrances, the front entrance is not easily seen, but back entrance is wide enough. A, B and C blocks. 4 flats on each floor. Walking distance from main market. All essential commodities like vegetables, fruits, grocery, essential commodities like hospital and school are located nearby. One thing that I did not like was the road to front entrance of the building is not easily located. Otherwise, nice apartment.
