Horrible
experience
&
Unprofessional
service
staff.

I
didn't
bother
to

&
didn't
want
to
waste
more
time
on
this
bad
experience
Review:
First
day
we
arrived
we
were
shown
the
room.
There
was
some
electricity
outage
or
some
issue.
It
was
fully
dark
in
the
room
we
were
in.
After
some
time
we
headed
out
to
sightseeing.
Came
back
at
8pm
to
have
our
dinner
at
the
hotel
&
watch
some
tv.
Turns
out
the
TV
dth
cable
box
wasn't
working.
We
raised
the
issue
-
the
service
staff
&
managers
couldn't
fix
the
issue
after
coming
in
3
-
4
times
with
their
shoes
on
in
the
same
bedroom.
Which
was
also
smelly
to
say
the
least.
We
asked
them
since
they
can't
fix
the
problem
now
or
turn
the
DTH
box
now
come
back
in
the
morning.
In
the
morning
the
manager
wasn't
present
&
we
left
the
hotel
at
~10am
for
the
sightseeing
again.
When
we
came
back
at
the
evening
the
problem
was
still
there.
Things
broken
or
not
working.
TV
DTH
box
or
tv.
Electric
plugs
for
phone
charging
(1
out
of
4)
was
working.
Electricity
problems
with
no
light
in
the
room
Bathroom
clothes
hanger
was
broken.
Room
was
not
clean.
Bedsheets
&
pillows
were
dirty
(
We
didn't
wanted
to
bother
the
service
since
the
people
who
came
to
try
to
fix
th
tv
problem
couldn't
understand
Marathi
&
English
)
With
even
their
smelly
shoes
or
feet
we
didn't
wanted
to
ruin
our
sleep
or
room
smell
for
our
short
2
day
stay.
While
entering
the
rooms
via
hallway
there
is
an
open
workers
room
which
is
always
open
&
smelly
as
well.
Not
a
great
view
to
see
&
it
stinks.
Well
you
can't
expect
anything
from
unprofessional
hotel
management
team.
While
checking
out
I
pointed
out
these
problems
&
asked
for
any
resolution
or
how
would
you
make
it
better
or
apply
any
prorated
fees
for
what
things
weren't
working
with
tv
service
when
it
was
clearly
advertised.
They
couldnt
talk
properly
stating
they
did
everything
to
make
sure
they
could
fix
our
problem.
Stating
that
we
should
wait
for
the
manager
to
arrive
after
30
-
45
mins.
We
left
the
hotel
by
paying
100%
of
the
money
they
stated
for
our
2
days
stay
using
UPI.
They
did
mention
they
will
call
me
to
make
it
right
but
given
their
lack
of
understanding
of
how
to
operate
a
hotel
&
compensate
for
such
bad
service.
I'm
not
gonna
expect
a
callback
anytime
soon
unless
this
review
is
being
read
by
future
travellers
looking
to
book
this
place.
Also
you
can
check
I
don't
like
to
write
such
long
reviews
since
I
won't
like
to
waste
too
much
time
over
such
frivolous
things
but
this
place
our
experience
deserved
to
be
written
to
alert
future
travellers.
Food
was
mediocre
&
above
average
in
that
nearby
area.
The
kitchen
looked
unhygienic
since
it
was
open
at
the
same
lobby
room
&
the
food
area.
