Very bad. The rooms weren't that clean. When we entered the room, it was filled with muddy footprints. The bathroom too was filled with muddy footprints. Also, there wasn't any geyser in the bathroom so imagine after a whole day of exploring the city and coming back to waiting with a 5 year old for the room service to carry buckets of hot water every time. The room was extremely small and at night it was cold due to the dampness in the room. The TV too was out of order. In small, nothing worked out well.

This property is the most conveniently located at Metgutad on Mahabaleshwar Road near to Venna Lake as well as to Mapro Garden Factory. There is twenty four hours Cold and Hot water facility. A nice arrangement is made for the drying of clothes which needs to be appreciated. The rooms are though clean are not serviced properly as some urgent repairs are necessary. The bathrooms are not fitted with towel rods which are in broken conditions. The bed sheets are not changed and rooms are not cleaned daily. Water is not provided daily. The towels and soaps are not provided daily. Though TV is provided in the room, same is not in working condition even to view The News broadcasted by Government of India's Free Channels like DD Sahyadri or DD National. Many electric plug points are not in working condition which require immediate repairs. Though the staff is nice and smiling they do not attend on their own to the customers until they are requested to do so. The full fledged Restaurant is attached to the property and is the most convenient for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room service is provided with free of Extra service charges. The staff is helpful and the most cooperative. .

We booked two Mulberry Inn Couple Cottages for two nights (Full View). For the price they charge, the experience of room and view is mediacore at the best. The "full" view is of an acre or so of strawberry farm and not a valley so keep that in consideration. Room service is pathetic and slow. The water already spilled at the room entrance while check-in was not cleaned till check-out and dirty plates of other customers were rarely removed (only upon asking several times) from each door entrance. We were (trying) to enjoy in the room around 9pm with 10 watt bluetooth speaker and suddenly we got a call from owner Ajay Shinde and he literally started shouting on phone that the place is not owned by us, keep in mind its a rented place and if we intend to stay, sleep immediately. Apparently somebody had made a complaint to him as some kid was unable to sleep. We were not given any advance intimation nor any staff informed us to keep volume low. This guy Ajay Shinde was so unprofessional and arrogant, without even considering or hearing our take, rudely confronted by asking us to sleep early at a VACATION or leave. This is the worst kind of hospitality I have ever experienced and I will highly advise most especially young couples to stay away!

Worst Stay Ever.. The Hotel has kept goons and hooligans that threaten guests and don’t even care If they are kids and women. The manager of the hotel and the caretaker of their restaurant are local goons and create ruckus to amass money from their customers. Police should take action against them before any unforeseen incidents take place.

Horrible experience & Unprofessional service staff. Edit: Don't mind my English. Since I didn't bother to grammar check it & didn't want to waste more time on this bad experience Review: First day we arrived we were shown the room. There was some electricity outage or some issue. It was fully dark in the room we were in. After some time we headed out to sightseeing. Came back at 8pm to have our dinner at the hotel & watch some tv. Turns out the TV dth cable box wasn't working. We raised the issue - the service staff & managers couldn't fix the issue after coming in 3 - 4 times with their shoes on in the same bedroom. Which was also smelly to say the least. We asked them since they can't fix the problem now or turn the DTH box now come back in the morning. In the morning the manager wasn't present & we left the hotel at ~10am for the sightseeing again. When we came back at the evening the problem was still there. Things broken or not working. TV DTH box or tv. Electric plugs for phone charging (1 out of 4) was working. Electricity problems with no light in the room Bathroom clothes hanger was broken. Room was not clean. Bedsheets & pillows were dirty ( We didn't wanted to bother the service since the people who came to try to fix th tv problem couldn't understand Marathi & English ) With even their smelly shoes or feet we didn't wanted to ruin our sleep or room smell for our short 2 day stay. While entering the rooms via hallway there is an open workers room which is always open & smelly as well. Not a great view to see & it stinks. Well you can't expect anything from unprofessional hotel management team. While checking out I pointed out these problems & asked for any resolution or how would you make it better or apply any prorated fees for what things weren't working with tv service when it was clearly advertised. They couldnt talk properly stating they did everything to make sure they could fix our problem. Stating that we should wait for the manager to arrive after 30 - 45 mins. We left the hotel by paying 100% of the money they stated for our 2 days stay using UPI. They did mention they will call me to make it right but given their lack of understanding of how to operate a hotel & compensate for such bad service. I'm not gonna expect a callback anytime soon unless this review is being read by future travellers looking to book this place. Also you can check I don't like to write such long reviews since I won't like to waste too much time over such frivolous things but this place our experience deserved to be written to alert future travellers. Food was mediocre & above average in that nearby area. The kitchen looked unhygienic since it was open at the same lobby room & the food area.

Stayed here on a recommendation no regrets whatsoever. The cottages have everything to make your stay comfortable. Lot of open spaces for your pets. The food was excellent. Village flavour which you won't get everywhere. Staff will go out of the way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Your pets will love this place. Can't wait to visit the place soon.

Rates are Reasonable and rooms are quite spacious, Hotel staff and owners are very down to earth & humble Also located at Prime Location! Must try thier lunch, which is very very spl ! Try Chicken Misal in breakfast.

Horrible experience. We booked Mulberry Inn couple Cottages for 2 nights. Rooms were good, view was OK though we booked valley view. We ordered food and kept the dirty plates outside the room entrance and informed them to remove the plates thrice, it wasn't removed till the mid of next day, the moment u walk out of the room it was stinking, the room service was too slow and pathetic. Worst part was, obviously we went to have fun and enjoy the weekend but when we were trying to enjoy in the room around 9pm, suddenly we get a call from the owner Ajay Shinde, who was so rude over the call and told us "the room is not owned by you" and "if intend to stay, sleep immediately". We understand that someone might have complained about us but there should be a way it is communicated to us instead of just yelling at us. No prior intimation given that we can't play loud music or talk loudly . It has ruined the entire trip. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Rooms are okay nice , location is best part nearby to every prime location. Tips don't book through Oyo n advance payment. They don't consider Oyo booking valid n won't provide you with rooms . Rest everything was great
