Good variety of products, organization and good prices

My family visited this decently large hardware store recently for additional handrails for stairs in our suburban house as symptoms of my young-onset Parkinson’s Disease progressed steadily. The store has a feel of Home Depot and Office Depot combined with much nicer customer services. (If you are from the States, you know what I am talking about.) Anyway, we made an arrangement for professional installation at the store, and the guy they sent was just phenomenal. The ad hoc handrails are of excellent quality (See the attached pictures.) I deducted one star as nice people at the storefront did not know what they were talking about and the initial estimate they gave us was way off. A great experience overall, though.
