One of the reasons why I love Okinawa and mainland Japan is for its 100 Yen stores. I can spend a long time in these stores.

Daiso 100 yen shop located at the Richmond Plaza Mall in Okinawa. 100 yen here dollar shop in America. The place is loaded with items that everyone seems to need and want. It's fun to find pretty usable items for a buck.

This daiso never disappoints. Two stories of goodness for all your needs, and usually the best and largest holiday assortment around. Huge snack aisles, dining ware, the biggest selection of bags, bathing needs, pet supplies, Bakeware.. they have everything

Large selection of items. Most of your basic needs probably will be available here go to store for most people

Don't Be Shy!! Venture out to the Rycom DAISO. They have praticly everything you need for a 100¥

Great ¥100 store, large variety and well organized. Check here first before buying expensive items.

Possibly my favorite store! Such a variety of things

The Daiso at Rycom mall has some good quality items that you can't find in other ¥100 stores.

Inexpensive home necessities to include baskets, hobby supplies, cooking utensils and a host of other items.

A large Daiso on the side, nearest the car park, in an AEON mall. I did not visit the mall only the Daiso. There were Americans in the store who were probably connected with the military base. The whole mall seems to be geared towards tourists. There were lots of beachy things. I was not looking for SOUVENIRS, but in other Daiso I have recommended the kinako (soy bean flour) and amanattou (sweet soy bean: no real nattou connection) candies, tubes of wasabi, sushi key rings, and 栗栖 or 椎名 inkan seal if you know someone called Chris or Sheena respectively.

Similar to an American Dollar store, there is a wide variety of useful products and small snacks.
