来店前に電話で担当した人の名前やどんなの見たのかの確認をして貰ったりメールにて担当者の対応が可能な時間帯など詳しく丁寧に教えて貰いましたので大変良かったです。
その日は1日混み合いがありましたが19時なら対応可能ということで来店予約させて貰いました。
来店時には覚えていたので見る楽しみが増してきました。
その時間帯は自分１人でしたので以前に見せて貰った品物を出して試着をしたりしました。やはりネットで見る画像と実際に見て試着しないと分からない事もありますし、試着することで気分も変わります。リングを外すとき対応させて貰ったスタッフ「こんな風に外したら良いですよ」「似合っていますよ」とか言われたりこんな服装に合わせい時に勧められて見せて貰いました。
雑談もしたりしました。
身に付けている靴を話したり自分の体型に関して「細くて羨ましい」「綺麗」とか言われたり福井に行った事に関しても知っていました。色々と話したりしましたが不愉快な事や気分悪くならないか心配していましたが担当したスタッフからこんな自分でも理解して貰って不安から解消出来て良かったです。まだ購入も未定な上で納得行くまでの来店は迷惑ではないかと思いましたがその点は気にならないようでした。
いま予約来店していなければなかなか話す機会がなかったりと思いますのでその日のうちに来店予約して良かったと思います。
今回対応させてもらったスタッフさんは11月には福井に新店舗に応援として行かれるようなので忙しくて大変ですが無理になさらないようにお願いします。
閉店時間を過ぎてしまったのにも関わらず最後まで対応して貰って感謝しております。都合が合えば事前に確認した上で来店予約したいと思いますのでまた改めてお願いします。
