For the restaurant: Staff were very accommodating and kind. The vibe is nice and cozy as it is inside a large log house. The menu is not very large and mostly pizzas and drinks. The bar is very good. Would recommend when you’re looking for somewhere quiet and accommodating. (They accept large groups)

Absolutely love this cozy cottage, staff are very friendly, spacious room, comfortable bed, free laundry, 24hours coffee/tea station, toilet can be turned into a dry room, a lot of nice touch for skiers! Not to mention the yummy breakfast they prepare for us every day. Would definitely want to come back next season!

This incredible cosy small cabin has lots of authenticity. Its warm inside and has a number of small cabins that are all made of wood. They offer a free shuttle bus to the great ski fields and the lodgings are just outside the main town and the staff were the kindest people we met in Japan, who were eager to help.

Lovely and cozy little place to stay. Friendly staff who would help you with pretty much anything, they even gave us a ride to the lake even though they didn't have to and set upa return ride for us. They have some good french/italian food for lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean, warm and beautiful

Absolutely amazing rooms, very private and cosy! The staff are some of the most wonderful and kind people we’ve ever met! Couldn’t thank them enough for the excellent hospitality they provided us with. The 2 waitstaff in the restaurant were only very young, one still in high school, but were so manner able and very easy to talk to, they made us feel very welcomed. Our host at reception when we initially got to the accommodation was very helpful, and went above and beyond to find out any information that we needed! We never expected this at all, but anytime we wanted to go somewhere, we were offered a lift, whether it be shopping, to go for lunch on our first day here, to the shuttle bus meeting point and to and from the Hakuba station. Nothing seemed to be an issue, and all service came with a huge smile and lovely personalities. We couldn’t recommend The Reposer any more than what we have in words, we would stay here every time we visited if we could.

The rooms here are comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect from a four- or five-star hotel. The beds were comfortable and the heating system worked well. The only gripe we had was that the bathroom and bedroom were connected by a small entrance area which is not heated - meaning that night-time bathroom visits get a little frigid. Service here is excellent and the manager gave us lifts to various places even though this was absolutely not part of her obligations as manager.

My friends and I spent 6 nights here. Reposer is a great wooden place in Hakuba. The room is small but cozy. All the staff are nice and helpful. The food is great but a little bit salty. It’s a pity that there’s no onzen or big bathing area in Reposer, we had to walk for 10mins to nearest onsen.

Friendly and welcoming staff, very helpful with our many requests and inquiries, thank you all so much, we enjoyed our stay very much. An unforgettable Hakuba vacation indeed.

stay 11 nights with such good location, great staff, amazing breakfast. free bike hire is a bonus. The oak timber room is a bit dusty after few days living in.

Albeit not exactly accessible price-wise, this hotel delivers an intimate, cozy lodge experience that is sure to warm even the coldest of hearts. The staff are also among the best people you'll find. Pretty well located transfers-wise too, as a bonus.

Such friendly staff!! Beautiful accommodations with plenty of space for our group of 6. Really comfy beds as well. They were so accommodating and helped make our stay 10/10! Would definitely stay again

Fantastic service, such a great place for a ski getaway. The people are so kind, and the shuttle is extremely handy. Can’t recommend this place enough!!
