    The only Self-Defense Forces hospital in Hokkaido. The general public can also be examined. The hospital is operated based on the basic philosophy of aiming to be a trusted hospital not only for the soldiers but also for the general public. Medical departments include internal medicine, surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, psychiatry, pediatrics, dermatology, urology, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, rehabilitation, radiology, emergency department, dentistry, and anesthesiology. . Outpatient services for internal medicine, surgery, and orthopedics often end in the morning, so it is best to inquire in advance before visiting.

    まず時間がかかり過ぎ、一人の診察時間は4、5分程度なのに、何の処理すればそんなに時間かかるのか不明。 それと対応が悪い。 あまりにも後回しにされるから大体の目安の時間を聴いたら大きい声で『予約優先で症状に応じて優先してます!』 同程度の症状にも関わらず優先順位がとか言ってる。 どれだけ緊急性が高ければ順番変わるのか不明。 ちなみにここで高評価つけてるのは身内ではないかと。 追記 ここの売店もヤバイ。 日替わり弁当の仕入値が500円なのに儲けを自分達でセッティングしてくださいと業者に言われて独自の判断で670円に。(自信満々に身内で話してた) そんな高い日替わり弁当ってあるのか? てか、他の商品の仕入値から計算したらそんな高い利益を得るのはおかしいと思わないのか不思議だ。

    私は今年の夏まで現役の陸上自衛官でしたが、自衛隊が進む方向性に違和感を感じて、ウクライナ戦争?、台湾と中国との情勢、妻の健康状態の悪化も含めて早期退職しましたが、平成20年前後に大腸内視鏡検査でポリープが2つ見つかり、同年に再度の検査を実施した後に一つを切除、以後は定期的に受診・検査を受ける様に言われましたが、一般部隊は人手が必要な為に放置状況が続き、度々札幌病院に来院して検査を懇願しましたが、医官から毎年の成人病検診で異常ないなら異常はないから!どうしてもやりたいならやってあげるけど!って上から目線での言及でした。 自衛隊を辞め都内の病院で、大腸内視鏡検査を実施したら、前回のポリープは7ミリで他に3つ見つかり、結局は放置してたポリープと併せて2つ切除した。 人の命を預かる医官からの話は誤り、常に上から目線の話は止めて患者の話を聞いて欲しいです。

    Beautiful and spacious parking lot. There is a waiting time, but Hokkaido University has a longer wait, so I guess that's just the way it is. I'm sure there are some doctors who think, ``Huh?'', but I think it's good to take advantage of second opinions, and people who complain shouldn't come. I think that will reduce the waiting time. By the way, most receptions close in the morning. (0815-1100) The reception closes too quickly, so it may be inconvenient to use. If you make a reservation, you will have more flexibility, so I think it would be a good idea to take advantage of it.

    みんな自衛官か防衛大出身かと思いますが、とにかく上から目線。 電話で予約の問い合わせなどしていたら「今は先生いなくてわからないからまた電話してください!」と言って電話切られました。 その時舌打ちしました。 一方的に電話切るなんて非常識な事、普通の人ならしません。 自衛隊病院に行く一般人はそんな扱いなんですかね。 怒りと呆れでいっぱいです。

    As others have written, the response from the man who responds to phone reservations is the worst. (The person who first connected the phone to each department was a decent response.) I wonder if the reputation of the hospital has fallen because of this one person. I consulted him about various things about dentistry, but he always acted like I was making fun of me and laughed out loud, which made me feel bad. They ask me about private matters for no reason, so I spend a lot of time on the phone, wasting my time. In the end, this person didn't seem to have any authority, and the conversation didn't make any progress, and he just said, ``I'll ask the teacher and get back to you.'' I was worried so I went to a different hospital.

    息子の学校でインフルが流行し、38°越えの熱を出しました。コロナの時同様に、南区の内科は門前払いか、コロナの検査はしましたか?陰性で尚且つ、次の日まで様子を見てからじゃないとダメです。…うちはインフルの検査はしてません。の一点張りで…病院は酷い塩対応。そこまではまたか…と思いましたが、案の定探してるうちに何時間も経過し、どこも診てくれず…息子の友人が同じ日にこちらの札幌自衛隊病院に受診すると聞き、それならと電話しました。電話に出た方が内科に繋ぎますと仰って…答えは「出ませんでした」。え?は?あの…またかけたらいいんでしょうか?と聞くと「はい」と。何度か電話し再度内科に繋いで貰いました。そしたら、発熱の場合は電話先が別ですと…。内線で繋いではもらえないの?と思いつつ、そちらに電話をかけ直したらいいのか聞き、かけ直しました。話を散々し、あの、親か家族の方は自衛官ですか?!と聞かれました。違いますと答えましたら、家族が自衛官でないと診れないと言われました。最初から言って欲しかったです。対応がとにかく悪かった。

    2023/10/11 If it is your first visit, please go to the second outpatient reception desk. If you have a medical card and it has been within 3 months of your last consultation, you can apply at the automatic reception machine on the right after entering the entrance. Then go directly to the subject department. If you are an orthopedic surgeon, you can hand your reception form to the nurse at the reception desk and she will give you a medical questionnaire. When the examination is complete, submit the file with the reception number to No. 4 for evaluation. It is difficult to understand the procedure for receiving a medical examination.

    私の母(間質性肺炎と前頭側頭型認知症)をここの内科と精神科に連れて行ったが、精神科医は最悪でした。薬の使い方も知らないし、自分の物差しで認知症を否定した。(当然、脳血流検査などをした上で以前の病院で診断をもらっている。) もう絶対に行かないし、誰にもお勧めしない。星も0でお願いしたい。

    I visited him once when I was on duty at the hospital. I was worried whether the general public could go there, but they also accept general outpatient visits. The gate was closed, so I went to the back and asked the SDF officer at the gate, who kindly told me what to do. When I told them at the hospital gate that I had called first, they kindly guided me to the emergency patient entrance and even took over my duties inside, for which I am truly grateful. The receptionist was very kind and even provided a wheelchair for me and guided me to the examination room. The examination was very thorough and the doctor's explanations were very easy to understand. I was asked to come see it a few days later, and at that time I was asked to tell the receptionist the name of the doctor. It's really reassuring to have the doctor who treated me examine me. To be honest, I've been to many hospitals in Sapporo, but I don't think I've ever found one with such a pleasant atmosphere. Also, the Self-Defense Forces were very kind to me, and I am truly grateful. thank you.

    My daughter was rushed to the hospital in the middle of the night and was admitted to this hospital. All the nurses were really kind and listened to me carefully. As a mother, I was also having a hard time mentally, but she was there for me as well. The doctor who took care of me at night and the doctor who took care of me after I was hospitalized were very kind. It was completely different from what I had heard from active duty SDF personnel, and I was surprised in a good way. Most of the patients visiting the hospital are Self-Defense Forces personnel, so there must be strict rules. The atmosphere in the hospital, including the waiting area, was refreshing and quiet. There may be a difference between general patients and SDF patients, but I felt it was a very good hospital. Also, when I was wandering around the hospital and getting lost, a Japanese Self-Defense Force officer who was a patient came to greet me and kindly guided me around, so I couldn't find any negative points. If the general public comes to the hospital, there is some formalities to be completed at the gate, but it does not take much time. The waiting time to see the doctor was quite long, but the hospital was quiet so I didn't get tired even after waiting.

    友人が精神科で入院した事があります。 ご飯は美味しく、スマホの規制も無かったみたいです。煙草もジップロックで保管してくださっていたらしく、感動していました。 でも、予約制じゃない事と院外薬局が遠すぎることに関して私自身は通院を躊躇っています。

    花粉症の薬が欲しくて耳鼻科に行ったが、急遽休診に それなら内科で良いので受けさせてくれといったら無理です。 外の病院では内科でも貰えるのに ここの内科で全く花粉症の、薬を出したことが無いのであれば分かるが本当にそうなのか… また、別件で行った際、受付間の対応も悪く、受診するなら直接受付へと言われて向かうが、この時間に予約して電話して下さい。この時間は対応できません。 と言われ受診できず それなら、そもそも最初の受付で対応できたのでは? 受付の対応は機械的で、できるなら受診させまいとしているようにすら感じる。そもそもなんでその時間でしか予約を取れないようにしているのか?働いている人の業務の負担が…ではなく、そもそもの予約の仕組みが間違っている気がする。 病気などで困っている人が来るという大前提を忘れていると思う なんのための病院なのか

    I went to see an otolaryngologist today, and I told the extremely strict nurse the symptoms I wanted her to see, and while she gave me some harsh words, I believed in her ``I'll tell you'' and went to see her, but there was one (three) things I wanted her to see. He was a doctor who didn't even bother asking me anything related to the problem, and on the other hand, he was a doctor with no lack of service, and on the other hand, he really hated going to the doctor. I have no desire to go again. I need some medicine for now. Hospital for which you would like a letter of introduction

    I had asthma and went to the fever outpatient clinic or respiratory medicine clinic, not knowing whether to go to the clinic. Although I looked apologetic, I was told that the earliest I could make an appointment for a fever outpatient clinic was a few days later. The person at the reception desk was very pleasant when I contacted them over the phone, and when I actually went there, I felt very unwell and wanted to see a doctor right away, so I decided not to go to the Japan Self-Defense Forces hospital for fever outpatient treatment. It's reliable in the sense that it handles things properly, so I thought I'd use it the next time I want to go to a big place. thank you very much.

    long The waiting time is really long This is the first time in my 45 years of life that I have waited two hours from the reception to the doctor's appointment. I would like to do most of the civil service work. postscript Why is it that when I call to change a reservation, they lie and say, ``I haven't made a reservation''?

    There are some bad reviews, but as a general patient myself, I'm grateful that I can see them. Best of all, the consultation fees are much cheaper than other hospitals (less than half the price of the obstetrics and gynecology department I used to go to).It's clean and spacious, and the staff is kind.
