I am writing this with such determination. I had an unlimited amount of stain removal treatment, but it was really bad. Despite the all-you-can-remove plan, I noticed right after the treatment that I had spots and freckles that hadn't been treated with the laser. The number of shots was also small, less than 30 in total. When the treatment was finished, the doctor in charge ran out of the room and didn't even look in the mirror to make sure the laser didn't miss a beat. It was explained in advance that there were some spots and freckles that the doctor could not apply the laser to, but if that were the case, then after the laser was applied, they would have to explain that this area could not be applied or it would just be a matter of applying the laser. I think it's a leak. Later, when I looked in the mirror myself, I felt that I had missed the mark, so I asked the staff to ask the doctor in charge, but he did not check again for the suspected missed spot, nor did he even speak to me. However, all I was told was that I had guessed it. I feel very sad that I threw away my money.

The doctors, counselors, and nurses that I was in charge of this time were all very kind and easy to talk to, and there was no unreasonable solicitation, so this is not necessary, and this is fine. The clinic is clean and the counseling room is completely private, so I feel safe. Dr. Kobayashi, the counselor, and the nurses were all kind and calming and I was able to receive the treatment. I would like to use it again.

I had hyaluronic acid and dark circles removed here. The same staff member explained various things to me and gave me directions, and she was so kind and easy to talk to that when I first came here, I wanted to come again. Both treatments were performed by different doctors, but they were very thorough and explained in an easy-to-understand manner that made me feel at ease! The procedure was painless and the swelling subsided after about 2-3 days, and there was no visible internal bleeding, and I was surprised that I didn't feel any pain during the procedure! I'm glad I did both treatments! I would like to ask you again.
