Worst gyoza I have ever eaten. The texture inside was almost sandy, it was so dry and had an overwhelming garlic flavour. The after taste lingered for hours and I suspect the mince was boar tainted. The service was awful. I understand that they are short staffed, but the staff were so busy they ignored countless tables wanting service. We sat down and they rudely asked us what we wanted without giving us a menu. Note we do speak Japanese, I don't think this place would be accommodating for any tourists especially those unable to speak Japanese. No pictures allowed inside. The place was decorated nicely with lots of pictures of patrons and famous people but the place lacks atmosphere because of the bad attitude from the staff. Overall, I think this place WAS good like 10 or 20 years ago and ever since then they have been riding on their reputation and customer loyalty. Give this place a miss!

It’s a livestock feeder. Always a long lineup there is 0 atmosphere inside. The food is bland and forgettable. You can only order twice , after that you should eat and get out. I have no idea why this place is so famous. Should avoid and eat somewhere nice.

Fast service. Gyozas were good, but small. Crispy outside, garlic/herby inside. Good environment. Potato salad was a good side dish to order (recommended by staff). Cheap, but not to die for.

My favorite Gyoza shop in Fukuoka. Always my first stop when visitors come to Fukuoka. Very tasty gyoza. Usually a line of tourists outside. Line moves pretty quickly. The staff are nice but sometimes the older ladies get a little rude. All part of the fun!

The dumplings is very delicious and crispy, especially dipping with the citrus and hot pepper soya sauce. The grill mackerel and octopus taste good too. The owner and staffs are nice and polite.

Due to the short staff, there was a line up, probably 30-40 mins? I arrived 17:20 ish few groups ahead of me. Gyoza can’t be reorder, so you have to order at beginning only. I ordered 2 person potions, it’s small, easily finish by one person. Very hot pan! Be careful. The gyoza tasted good! In between deep to pan flied 😋

We went there at around 9 and were lucky to be served the last set of gyozas, others weren't so lucky and had to be turned away. But this is definitely one of the best gyozas I've tried in Fukuoka. Small gyozas served in a hot iron pan and they're still sizzling hot, very juicy and the flavors just melts in your mouth. Also try the chicken wings if you have a chance, but they usually run out. The place is full of signatures from actors and actresses hanging on the wall.

Love the fried dumpling and the atmosphere of the restaurant. One of the staff, an Obaasan trying her best with her limited English to help us take order. She took care of us throughout our meal.

The gyoza is delicious. But one of the staff here is so rude. Rude enough to ruin your night. I have gone here so many times, but just cannot give high marks on a restaurant with such bad attitude existing. So sad, such delicious food.

Taste is nice though the price is reasonable. More than that, staffs are all friendly.
