8月初め微熱と鼻水症状が出て、他院で断られた為、すぐに熊谷耳鼻科さんに電話をしました。急にも関わらず、受付の方や看護師さん先生に迅速で適切な対応して頂きました。車での待機と別室での検査、処方もスムーズでした。コロナ陽性となりましたが、幸い軽症で済みました。その節は大変お世話になりました。心より感謝しています。

院長先生の診察・応対、そして看護師さんや受付の方達の対応…全てにおいてプロフェッショナルです。 今回副鼻腔炎が予想された為ネット検索にて高評価のこちらへ行きつきました。 朝からWEB予約ページで15:30〜16:00の枠だけが空いていたのでそこで予約をして伺ったので到着後20分ほどで受診出来ました。 診察時の院長先生の説明も非常に丁寧でわかりやすく、その後眼科さんへ紹介状を書いて頂いて受診する事になるのですが、スタッフの方々に「〇〇眼科さんは何時までの診療かな？すぐ調べてください」や「ここからだと〇〇眼科さんが診療時間内だからこちらへ行かれませんか？紹介状書きますので」と、とてもスピーディーに対応していただきました。 眼科さんへも電話連絡を入れて頂いたみたいで名前や症状等を先に伝えて頂いていたのでかなりスムーズに受診出来ました。やはり先生と呼ばれる方はこの様な人の事ですね。とても安心して今後もお世話になることが出来ます。 ありがとうございました。

先生も看護師さんも受付の方も丁寧な対応です。皆さん優しく子どもも安心して受診できます。 ただ一点残念なのがWeb予約。一人なら全く問題ないですが、二人以上予約をする場合のシステムの改善をお願いしたいです。 兄弟や家族で予約する場合、一人分しか同じ時間帯に予約が取れません。 同時に診てもらうとなると混雑状況に関わらず、予約をしても必ず待つことになるシステムになっています。 電話で調整してくれるのですが、結局電話で予約しても待つと言われました。 いずれにしろ待つことに変わりないならWebで完結出来ないのはなおのこともったいないと思います。 （受付の方には、一枠が5人と決まっており、2人3人と一家族が取るとその時間がその家族で埋まってしまうから同時に予約が取れない、と理由を説明をされましたが そもそも別の時間であろうと結局予約は取るので、一枠を家族が埋めるということが問題になる、という認識自体が私にはいまいち理解できませんでした。） 予約した結果、待たざるを得ない状況になるのは仕方がないと思えますが、この場合はシステムに問題があるとしか思えませんでした。

先生と看護師さんが丁寧だったので久しぶりに再びお世話になろうと向かい、仕事終わりで受付時間がギリギリになりそうだったので電話も入れました。それには受付時間内に間に合えばとの返事。どうにか到着したのは58分、あと2分！と、出入口は閉院の準備をしており急いで受付に向かいましたが申し訳なさそうな雰囲気すらなくサラッと受付終了と言われました。しかし車に戻り時計を見てもまだ59分…、ギリギリの受付したくなったんでしょうね。受付時間ギリギリでも過ぎてはいないのにダメって…、納得出来るはずもなく気分最悪でした。先生や看護師さんは良かったのに、受付の塩梅で受付時間早められて診療受けられないとか信じられない。受付の時計が早まっていたのか知らないですが、きっちりと受付時間内は受け入れてほしかった。それがあってもう二度と行く気にはなれません。
