This is a gym that is completely different from the convenience store gyms. It feels good to say hello. You can use the shower room and lockers. There are plenty of training machines. The trainers are friendly, but the distance between them is just right and you feel comfortable. Sometimes there is a trainer in charge of stretching. Now I mainly go to the gym, I think I'll try taking it personally. The people who play golf simulators seem like fun, so I'm starting to think about giving golf a try.

It's been a month since I joined. The trainers have fun teaching me, and even though I don't have enough exercise, I can enjoy going to the classes. This gym is recommended for everyone from beginners to experienced players!

お家から近く、ジム初心者でも優しく教えていただけるお陰で、週に2.3回通えています。 また朝は人が少ないので人目を気にせず使用できます。初心者の方にオススメのジムだと思います。

I use Vivit Gym for free ✨ The store manager and staff are really kind, and when they are free, they help me out and clean up my tools, which is very helpful! There is also a personal option, so if you want to learn more, try the personal option😊 It seems like there are events coming up from time to time, so I'd like to participate ✨ There aren't many people who are too busy, so it's easy for beginners to go! Also, I’m really grateful that I can train without a mask ✨

You can always call out to me, and I can use it comfortably with polite customer service! I'm also happy that you can wipe down the equipment after use and there is a water server for free!

I attended a personal training course for 3 months. Lately, people around me have told me that I look more solid, and I'm steadily feeling the effects. Personally, I received guidance on training forms, menus, and meals. Other than that, I think you can basically ask any questions or ask for advice. (I was talking about my hobbies, anime and games.) We have long business hours, so you can go at your own pace even if you are busy. When you go to the gym, the staff will greet you cheerfully and cheerfully, prepare equipment and count you. It's homely and comfortable, so I think, ``Maybe I should go to the gym today.'' If you are interested in the gym, I think there is no harm in trying it out or taking a tour!

At first, I applied for the trial with the intention of just going to the gym. Once I tried it out, I realized that I had been training incorrectly, and I was impressed by the staff's attentiveness, so I became a Vivid Black member. I've just started working here, so I'm looking forward to seeing how I change. Surrounded by warm-hearted staff, I believe in it.
