    全ての出際が悪すぎる。無駄に待たされます。受付は、とてつもなく遅い。会計もなんでこんなに時間がかかるのかと疑問なくらい遅い。人員が足りないのでしょうか…明らかに患者に寄り添ってないし、事務スタッフの感じも悪い 小児科は何故か毎回問診票を書かされる。2.3日前に来たとしても…なぜ?幼い機嫌悪い子を抱えて、また兄弟も連れて、荷物持って毎回書く必要ありますか? 仕事を何とかして早く迎えに行き、来院したら小児科はもう先生が帰られました…は?って最近はそんなこと何回もあります。代診してください!

    脊柱管狭窄症で入院しました。 主治医は手術後2週間の予定で退院できますよ。早い人で10日で出来ますとの手術内容を含め説明がありました。 手術が上手く行き入院生活、看護師も良くやって頂き感謝に耐えません。 リハビリの担当者の方も凄く知識があり マッサージして頂きながらいろいろな話をさせて頂きました感謝です。 アメニティの方も毎日寝巻きを交換して頂き交換時はシャワーが無い日は暖かいタオル身体を拭いて頂きサッパリと感謝 食事は糖尿病・高血圧の治療を受けていますので減塩食となりました。 初日は食べましたが、手術後は何も受け付けなくなりました。 こんな不味い食事、まずオカズに味が無い・ご飯は臭いが鼻に付くのでパンに変更(昼1回のみの条件になった)・食べれる物が無い何とかお腹に入れなければとパン・牛乳・ヨーグルト・ゼリー・卵・ 添え物の生野菜(キャベツ・トマト)・味噌汁かな。手術後栄養を取って回復を待たなければならないのに逆に体重が激減 血圧の管理は家にいる時から上手くいっていたので何の問題も無かった入院後も 毎回の測定で問題無いはずだった。 食後の残飯チェック網が有るのに何の対処もしないのは何故か? 逆に減塩では無くカロリー計算が成っていない。不味いご飯の量・パンもバタロール2個食のバランスが良く無いと思った糖尿病の管理が大事では無いか⁇ 栄養士さん、もう少し細やかな気配りが必要では無いか‼︎ 2週間の入院が10日で退院することにした。もう少しリハで退院後の指導をお願いしたかったです。 そんな事で、星5を1ツ減らし星4にしました。

    I was dissatisfied with three points. I can't recommend it at all. ① I was kept waiting unnecessarily because I was not informed that I would be transferred to another clinical department. ②I was sent home without the test I requested. ③ At another hospital, I was immediately referred to a larger hospital and diagnosed on the same day. premise I have had a slight fever (around 37.3 degrees) for three days before going to Kyoritsu Second Hospital. I visited a local internal medicine clinic one day ago. Although a PCR test was conducted at a nearby internal medicine clinic and the result was negative, the next morning he felt pain similar to muscle pain all over his body and found it difficult to walk, so he visited the orthopedic department of Totsuka Kyoritsu Hospital, which has multiple departments. ①I was kept waiting unnecessarily because I was not informed that I would be transferred to another clinical department. After being examined by an orthopedic surgeon, he was told that the muscle pain might be due to an infection, and was instructed to wait outside the examination room so that he could be immediately called for an examination. I waited outside as instructed, but I was not called even after an hour. When I checked, the internal medicine department had already called me. I had to wait another hour from there. The patient was not informed that he would be transferred to internal medicine, which took unnecessary time. ② Case in which the requested test was not conducted and the patient was sent home Because he had a slight fever, an antigen test for the new coronavirus would be conducted. They initially declined the request because a PCR test at another hospital the day before was negative, but the results may change over the course of a day, so it is necessary to conduct it as a prerequisite for other tests to isolate the cause. So I reluctantly agreed. However, the antigen test result came back negative, and he was told, ``Please don't worry, it's not coronavirus,'' and was urged to go home without taking any other tests. I had taken a PCR test the day before and knew it was not coronavirus, and I agreed to do another test, but there were no other tests, and in the end, the cause was unclear, and no progress was made, resulting in expensive medical fees. I was only made to pay a parking fee. It's hard to understand why it's safe when we don't even know the cause. ③ At another hospital, the patient was immediately referred to a larger hospital and diagnosed on the same day. At Totsuka Kyoritsu Second Hospital, he was only told that he did not have the coronavirus, but he was still suffering from muscle pain and was having difficulty walking, so he went to another general hospital. After a blood test and an interview (tests that looked at tendon reflexes), he was immediately referred to a hospital with a specialist, where he was diagnosed with ``Guillain-Barre syndrome'' and admitted to the hospital. When I looked into it, I found out on one website that it was a disease with a mortality rate of 3-5%. I felt a strong sense of disbelief that even though I strongly requested other tests than the coronavirus, they were not conducted and were overlooked.

    A few years ago, I was brought here in an emergency due to unbearable pain in my stomach. Despite the unbearable pain, I tried to get rid of it by prescribing painkillers without seeking proper medical treatment. After that, the pain increased and I was literally falling down in the lobby, but the hospital staff ignored me. My wife, who was accompanying me and couldn't see it anymore, tried to help me, and finally I was able to get an intravenous drip. The doctors were okay, but the worst was the older nurses. He has the worst way of speaking, and his arrogant attitude makes it seem like he doesn't see the weak patients as people. I was surprised that some of the worst human beings were medical workers. Even if it is an emergency, it is best to refuse transportation here. When I talked to my family doctor in Tokyo, he told me that this hospital is famous for having the worst reputation. In the end, the cause was unknown, with a mysterious diagnosis that it might be pain in the abdominal muscles.

    My internal medicine doctor told me I was a part-time worker. I came to the hospital because I wasn't feeling well, but they didn't look for the cause. Even though I told him at the beginning that I had a chronic illness, he refused to speak to me because he was not an expert. Also, I had abdominal pain on a different day, so when I went to the doctor, they gave me an anti-intestinal medication and I was about to be sent home, so I asked for a test. It was at the level of hospitalization. I go there because the doctor in charge of my chronic illness is good, but the internal medicine department is terrible!

    He was rushed to Totsuka Kyoritsu No. 2, but at that time he was told that his saturation level was 98, ``There's no problem,'' and he was sent home in the middle of the night without receiving any medication. Afterwards, he was rushed to Yokohama City University Hospital and underwent emergency surgery because a different hospital diagnosed him as having trouble breathing. Kyoritsu Totsuka has a habit of extorting money from useless tests with lame reasons, and turns away dangerous patients. That's good business. I definitely won't go there.

    発熱外来の受付時から話し中、30分間で電源がオフになり予約終了になりました。 発熱患者1日で10人くらいしか受けてない感触でした。(もしかしたら家族単位で受け付けて20人くらいかもですが) 駐車場も大きい病院なのに町のクリニックなみの人数しか受けないのはどうなんでしょう。 総合病院として工夫して枠を広げるべきではないでしょうか?

    5年前、娘の熱が他の病院で治らず 来院。マイコプラズマ肺炎か反応が無いかもしれないが血液検査してみますか?と。血液検査は、ほとんどした事が無かったのでお願いすると、他の病気が判明。念のための検査が、今もたまにある病状を教えてくださり感謝です。私の持病も他の先生が見つけてくれました。たまーに、??という先生がいますので、そういう時は次から他の先生希望しています笑

    追突された事故で首に違和感が出てきたので近くの整形外科を探してこの病院に来ました。 担当はI先生、この人の診察態度に頭きたので投稿します。 先生ならばレントゲンをみれば状態はわかって当然と思います。患者からすれば追突され首に違和感があれば不安になって病院で診てもらうと思うのは自然ではないでしょうか?I先生は大丈夫とも悪いとも言わず、手や肩など力比べといい何かしてましたが普通ならこれ痛い?とか聞きませんか、I先生はここでも何も言わない、聞いた来たのは警察に出す診断書どうする?薬いる?安静にしてね だけです。心配で来てる人に対してとる行動ですか?診察にきた人を安心させてあげるのが第一ではないでしょうか、隣りにいた女性も馬鹿にしたような目でニヤニヤして感じ悪かったです。この様な方々を外来担当していると評判おちますよね。保険会社から結果教えてと電話きましたが、いいも悪いも言われなかったのでわからないと答え、先生の態度等も伝え、もし、再診で行くとしてもI先生のいない日を選んで行くと言いました。 むち打ちというのは外見ではわからず当人の判断で保険料もらいたいがために病院に通う人もいますが仕事を中断し病院に行く時間が無いのでそんな気は毛頭ありません。 I先生、患者さんの気持ちを考えて治療に励んでください、それが出来ないなら医者としての資質を疑います。

    The reason I used this hospital was because I was introduced to it by an otorhinolaryngologist who I had seen the other day, and when I went to the general reception desk with a letter of introduction, I was treated well. I'm glad that the lady at the counter and the doctors and nurses who examined me were all kind and helpful. To get to the hospital, I heard that there was a free shuttle bus to the hospital in front of a hotel called Super Hotel near the east exit of Totsuka Station, so I used the free shuttle bus, and when I returned home after my consultation, I was in front of the hospital. I used the free shuttle bus from Totsuka station to the station, which was really convenient, and the driver of the shuttle bus was very nice. Before I went, I felt a little dizzy because I couldn't get rid of my sway, but the doctor who examined me was very thorough, so I felt more comfortable than before I went, and in the end, the diagnosis was as follows: The doctor diagnosed that I had an inflammation in my right ear, which may be causing my dizziness and unsteady body, and later, just to be sure, I had an MRI done to check if there were any other abnormalities. He said he would take a look. However, I would like to thank the doctor who examined me, the young female nurse, and the lady at the reception desk who helped me. 🙇🏻‍♂️

    今、主人の術前検査で初めて来ています。こちらの整形外科で来週手術を受けるためです。事前に口コミを調べた時には受付や会計の対応が良く無いと書いてあり、少々不安を感じながらの受診でしたが、受付、検査対応の方々の対応が優しく丁寧で気持ち良く検査を受けています。安心して手術を迎えられそうです。

    今も根強く残る流行りの肺ウイルスで診察受けました。 月曜内科のK医師(高圧的な態度とかではありません。) ・血液検査で炎症が起きてると言われたが、それによって、身体に何が起きてるのか、自覚症状として何があるのか説明無し ・抗ウイルス薬欲しいが出してくれず、理由もない。要らないでしょ〜のみ。 ・ハッキリ話さないので言ってることが解りづらい ・〜ということでいいですかね〜と診査を早く終わらせたい感じがヒシヒシ伝わる ・あまりに薄い診察内容で惑ってたら、言った事伝わってるかな?と、言われた。 こんな中身の薄さで全てが終わるのに2時間半。 あと問診表(スマホのネット問診)て要る?医師にどうしましたか?って言われたけど。 つらつら質問長いクセに、別の画面に切替えたら全て消えてまたイチからやり直し、時間かけて答えたところで何も見ていない医師。無意味な問診表。 評価が気になりつつも、急を用していたので行きましたが、やはり低評価通り。 ここの内科のK医師、なら行かないでいいです。駅遠くて立地も悪いのに。

    聞いた話ですが、前日入院拒否し、後日入院希望したら、満床でもないのに断られたらしい!当直のお医者さん、一度断れたから、へそ曲げたらしい!(救急隊の方が言ってたらしい!)本当か不明だが、本当だったらその病院にかかりたくないね !

    I was not called even two hours after the orthopedic surgery appointment time, and the bulletin board for calling was not utilized. I can't even go to the bathroom because I don't know when I'll be called. When I checked the details of the delay, all I could hear was the hospital's standard excuse [the procedure is taking too long]. How many treatments were they doing for one patient for 2 hours and 30 minutes? A hospital with poor treatment?

    発熱のため受診。熱があることから隔離された待合室でとのことだったが3時間経っても呼ばれず。17時を過ぎて待合室に看護師が入ってきて検査するか全員に確認し、順番めちゃくちゃに検査が始まった。3時間待ってる人よりも1時間以下しか待ってない人が先に倒されたことにびっくりするとともに、理由を聞いても「そうだよねー」と子供をあやすような対応。40度の発熱には座って3時間はしんどく、検査結果が出るまで30分と言われたがそれも順番めちゃくちゃに呼ばれる始末。限界で診察待たずに帰宅したらお会計しろとの電話。奥さんが代わりにお会計に行ったら実際は診察されていないが診察代を請求された。ちなみに電話が来たのも18:30だったので下手すると4時間半も待たされる羽目になるところに。纏めて検査するのであれば最初から言うべきだし、逆に体調が悪化した。もう2度と行きたくない。

    ある指定難病でこちらに入院しました。 担当医がしっかりと治療の方針をたてて下さり無事に退院する事ができました。 担当医とは別に院長先生が毎日病室に来て声をかけてくれたのも頼もしかったです。 とても信頼できるお医者様で安心してお任せできました。 外来の会計などがもう少しスムーズになるとありがたいです。 また今どき入院病棟には有料でもWiFiくらい使えるようにして頂きたい。 その後、担当医が他の病院へ異動になりましたが後任の先生も物腰が柔らかで相談もしやすく助かっています。

    I visited a pediatric surgery department because my infant was suspected to have a hernia. When I called in advance, Dr. Watai, who was in charge of the outpatient clinic, was often absent on the same day, so I asked him to call me in advance on the morning of the day to confirm. I was told to complete the reception, and when I arrived around 3pm, I was told that ``today's reception ends at 3pm'' and was unable to register. I told them that I had been told that I had until 3:30 pm that morning, but the person answering the phone said it was a mistake. My husband and I took time off from work and drove 30 minutes to get there in no time. In the first place, why would someone be in charge of an outpatient clinic if they don't know if they're there or not depending on the day, even though the basic dates and times are posted? I am deeply disappointed in the response of this hospital, but it was a good learning experience for me as I felt that I could not entrust my child's surgery to a hospital that was run so poorly.

    Not called at all. There's no point in making a reservation. Last time I had to wait so long that I got really angry. They told me that they would give me priority next time, but as a result, I was not called even 2 hours after the reservation time. Are you kidding? Even when I told them that I was feeling unwell and wanted to order early, they told me that there was a waiting list. Please tell me why it takes 30 to 40 minutes for one patient, even though it's just an interview and it's not even the first visit. I come to the hospital on my precious day off, and my day is wasted by having to wait.

    I went to the hospital with a fever and waited 20 minutes. You will be directed to an internal medicine department. A word from the doctor in charge, Dr. I. Do you want to be tested for coronavirus and influenza? ...What did you say? I was annoyed when I was told that I go to the hospital because I want the disease to be identified and cured, but testing is up to the patient. I'm hungry, so I said okay, and they checked my throat for 2 seconds, then checked my chest and back for a total of 6 seconds to check my breathing. Even though I was told to inhale and exhale, the stethoscope was not touching my body at that time. I explained for 2 seconds that I would give you cold medicine. The examination was completed in a total of 10 seconds. The drug cost is 2500 yen. If you don't want to save people, stop being a doctor. that's all

    I had a fever. The teachers, nurses, and staff are all kind and welcoming. People who write poorly are probably mentally ill or selfish elderly people based on their characteristic writing, so it's best not to refer to them. The few times I've been there, I've seen elderly people complaining, ``I've already made reservations!'' and people who are probably mentally ill and angry, although I don't really understand why. I am humbled by all the people who kindly and calmly responded to the situation. I think the reason for the long waiting time is that time is taken up by the patients mentioned above, who are unable to read the helpful information displayed or listen to what the staff has to say. In terms of waiting time, it is relatively smooth on Saturdays when there are fewer elderly people. I was a little angry when I saw this review after receiving such kind service, so I posted it.
