Very big and beautiful airport compared to many other cities in Japan. Many shoppings and food. Staffs are nice. Uniform is beautiful.

Out of date and need of upgrade. Not fault of the air port but during 3 hour delay only thing we coul find was ice-cream place. Also also only had 2 security check point for all international departure area. For some reason you can do only enter the airport onthe domestic side and had to walk all the way to international departure, international departure counter was on the 3rd floor and gate was on the 2nd floor.

Very very bad airport and travel experience for international passengers. We waited 40 min to pass the security check. Many people line up but only one channel opened. Asking the security persons that our flight remaining 30 min to depart. They just said return to the queue.

For a medium sized airport there are lots of eating options and different shopping facilities here. Definitely a lot to occupy your time. One thing that was frustrating was a lack of money changing facilities within the airport. It's actually not a bad airport to enter Japan from overseas as customs and immigration are usually quick and painless here.

It's a small airport but really nice and well designed. A lot of flowers of the season and orkide The air conditioning is well balances and there are many shops around to get your need. There is a lounge also available Everything is clean and tidy and facilities are well prepared. Outside there are plenty of rental car companies and taxis. Also local bus just in front of the exit door

Love love love this airport! It is child friendly, clean, full of beautiful orchids that are well maintained and has an ocean view! Also a lot of great restaurants and shops! Can’t wait to visit Okinawa again!

Parking was quite full for a Sunday. The overall experience of picking up guests though was easy. If your wait is long there are plenty of food or snack options available.

Very clean and accommodating for everyone (international) even though it's not big.
