居住場所の関係で1度のみの受診になってしまったが丁寧に診ていただきました。また移動後に別の耳鼻科でスムーズに継続治療ができるよう紹介を書いてくださるなど、治療の進め方をわかりやすく提案してくれたためとても安心しました。心配事や質問にも親身にお答えいただきとても良い先生に診ていただけたと思いました。

10/6に小６の息子を診てもらいました。 耳鼻科は何件も行ってますが、 一番良いです！ 先生の人柄が良さそう！ 話しやすくて、的確！ 息子の話をちゃんと聞いてくれてました。 受付の方も丁寧で話し方も柔らかいです。 看護師の方たちも親切丁寧です。 うちからはちょっと遠いけど、 次からはこちらでお世話になります！ (疑ってる方いますけど、さくらレビューじゃないです)

子ども達がお世話になっています。 先生はとっても感じ良く、話をしっかり聞いてくださる優しい方です。 初回は子どもの耳垢取りでお世話になりました。 かなり大きな塊があり、本人が怖がって暴れてしまったので、先生も処置には大変な思いをされたと思いますが、嫌な顔を全くせず終始子どもに優しく声を掛けてくれました。そしてなんとか塊を取ろうとがんばってくださってて、すごく好印象でした。 今後も耳鼻科受診時は迷わずこちらを選びたいと思います。

毎月アレルギー性鼻炎でお世話なってます。先生がとにかく話しやすく、相談できるのでありがたいです！家の近くでほんとによかった。薬の相談をすると、金額のことまで考えてくれる先生は初めてでした。受付の方や看護士さんもとても対応がよく、スムーズで感謝です。最近は人気でかなり混み合います。毎月通うわたしには予約ができるといいなと思います。

初診でした。スマホからweb受付で番号を発行。問診票記入も完了。スマホで順番待ちがわかり5人前では院内への案内メール着信。車内で待てます。このご時世、実に合理的。診療も患者に寄り添う姿勢が丁寧で不安な気持ちをしっかりサポート、安心させてくれます。

3歳児（あと5日で４歳）を連れて受診しましたが、受付も医師も看護師も皆さん良い対応でした。 9時頃受診したためか、待ち時間もほぼなく、念のため持参した絵本も必要ありませんでした。 耳垢取りの時、医師も看護師も終始声かけしてくださり、安心して処置を受けることができました。 近所に子供も安心して受診できる耳鼻科ができて良かったです。

2022/8 突発的なめまいで受診しました。各種サイトの口コミと病院のWEBサイト等を見て比較検討しました。口コミの良さと院長の経歴（工学部卒、会社員経験あり）が決め手でした。 診察待ち中の看護師さんの対応や、こちらの話をしっかり聞いてくださる院長先生の診察も素晴らしかったです。 待合室に順番待ち番号が表示されているのもありがたいです。

過去～現在、私の中では1番です。 旧病院での前任の先生も勿論素晴らしかったですね。 今後も私が死ぬまでお世話に成りたいと心からおもいます。 院長先生だけではなく看護師さん・受付の方全て100点です。 今後とも宜しくお願い致します。

初めての来院です。受付のお二人、看護師さん達、先生と全員の対応が良い病院は珍しいですね。感心しました。少しだけ気になった点は、カウンターの所にバッグ等の荷物が置ける台があったら便利だなと思います。支払いの際に2人ほど書類など落としてました よ。

I visited on a weekday morning, and there were already more than 10 people waiting. I waited for 30 minutes to 1 hour, but the examination only took 1 minute? ? That's how fast I felt. The diagnosis was allergic rhinitis. I didn't know what I was allergic to. I was told to come back if my symptoms didn't change... The prescribed medication didn't work, and my symptoms kept getting worse, so I went to another hospital. An X-ray was also taken and the result was empyema. It was said to be in pretty bad condition.

The process was to make an online reservation, then come to the hospital when it was your turn, fill out a medical questionnaire in your car and wait, then take the test at the back door. 新患です。耳鳴り酷くて検査受けました。 不安いっぱいでしたが看護師さんも先生もとっても親身になって寄り添ってくれました。また今後も何かあったらお世話になります。

最悪です。初診の時は真摯に診断してくれ様子を見ましょうと優しい態度が、時も立ち　また体調が悪くなり　数ヶ月後に行くと　検査数値結果で悪化している傾向が見られないとわかると　態度が一変！仮病者見たいな扱いで　「もう来るな！」と言わんばかりに　薬を2ヶ月分出され追い出された気分です。いくら検査結果に数値が出なくても耳鼻が辛いから行ってるのに　心に寄り添ってもらえず理解をしてくれないのはどうなのか

初診でした。14時45分に行きましたが、20人待ちで2時間弱待ちました。 待ってる間に具合がどんどん悪くなり薬局で薬をもらった帰り道で処方が足りなかったのに気がつき戻りました。 またさらに待たされて、薬局でもかなり待たされて17時10分までかかりました。あまりに待たされて具合も悪くなり最悪だった。
