One of the best coffee that I have ever had in Hakodate. Kind barista, comfortable atmosphere, and flavorful coffee. If I have a chance to visit Hakodate again someday, I surely will visit this coffee shop again next time.

Positively the best cup of coffee I have ever had. There was so much favor. There was distinct notes both in taste and smell. Incredible. The care the owner puts into ever cup can definitely be seen as they make each cup and can be tasted in every drink.

Toller Laden. Der Kaffee war sehr lecker. Der Service großartig und es wird gut Englisch gesprochen. Der Cheesecake war ein Traum. Große Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten Kaffee. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Nice Coffee Shop that serves one of the best medium roasts I ever had. The Ethiopian Natural is delicious, very banana-like, fruity and sweet cup. The Kenya Single Origin „Medium roast“ is also very nice, super sweet cup. As I associate Specialty Coffee with truly light roasted coffee, I can only give this place 4 stars. There are no light roast brews available, unfortunately. Otherwise it‘s a beautiful shop, roasting in-house with a friendly owner. If you love medium roasts, this is your place.

This is an excellent coffee shop with a wide variety of roasts. We received great service and recommendations to get the perfect coffee to our tastes (which is for quite light roasted coffees, which we have found difficult to find in Japan).

Lovely place for an afternoon coffee 🤗 we really enjoyed the warm welcome and the dedication to serve quality products service, this is really an amazing coffee house. If you're looking for a cozy place while also searching for your favorite blend of coffee, this is the place you need to go to! They have over 10+ blends of coffee, freshly ground and brewed for each serving. Whipped cream is also made on the spot, no sugar, just perfect 😋 It was just a bit long to get the order but it's okay as we were 5 people coming unannounced and all ordered complicated beverages 😅 Keep up the good work ❤️

Hi, i hope the owner and the wife read this. I was the one who bought a lot of coffee beans as a gift for my friends in Indonesia. All my friends love all the coffee which all based on the owner's recommendation. The owner and the wife were also very welcome and kind to us despite our language barrier, thanks to google translate which made it possible for us to buy a lot of beans from here. They just have a newborn, wish all the best for the family, and sure will come back here.

Extremely kind and friendly staff. Delicious coffee. And they just had a baby :) There seems to be a nursing room sort of setup but I’m not sure if that’s public or just for their use, but if it’s public that’s super super cool.

The coffee selection was extensive. Service was personal and attentive. The owner is a talented roaster, brewer, and the care and attention paid to every cup shows his dedication to the craft.

Amazing experience at this cafe as I was travelling through Hakodate. Impressive attention to quality. I would recommend to anyone, including coffee enthusiasts! Whatever your preference, the menu has got you covered. They offer a full spectrum of roasts and origins. I ventured outside my preference for lighter roasts and tried a full city roast: was delighted by the lushness of striking flavors existing in harmony in this cup deserving of slow, contemplative sips. The cafe owner then brewed a cup of the hight roast coffee and offered me a free "tasting". This similarly clean cup went down easy: bright in taste and amber in color, the body felt more like assam tea infused with the fruity flavors of coffee. Delicious! Thanks to the owners for sharing this wonderful experience with us all!

The cafe oozes friendliness and joy. A must come if you’re in Hakodate. The decor were simplistic and comforting. The owner and his lovely wife were very friendly. My pourover light-medium roasted Peru was amazing. Many love and blessings to this cute family from Hong Kong❤️
