At
the
first
counseling
session,
I
was
informed
that
if
I
canceled
on
the
same
day
(maybe
2
days
before?),
I
would
be
depleted
of
the
entire
amount.
I
was
thinking
about
signing
a
contract
because
I
had
a
small
child
and
was
worried
about
a
sudden
fever,
but
I
was
told
that
it
was
easy
to
make
same-day
reservations,
and
that
even
if
online
reservations
were
already
booked
on
the
day,
they
might
be
able
to
guide
me
if
I
called
them
directly,
so
I
decided
to
sign
a
contract.
Did.
When
I
tried
to
make
a
reservation
on
the
same
day,
there
were
no
vacancies
available
that
day.
I
had
a
hard
time
getting
a
reservation,
so
I
called
and
found
out
that
I
was
not
directly
connected
to
the
clinic,
but
a
reservation
center?
It
leads
to
I
explained
my
situation
to
the
reservation
center
staff,
but
was
told
that
it
was
not
possible
to
make
a
reservation
over
the
phone
if
it
was
fully
booked
online.
That's
a
different
story!
When
I
arrived
at
the
hospital,
I
explained
my
situation
to
the
receptionist
and
asked
if
there
was
a
direct
number,
but
she
did
not
give
me
one.
I
received
an
apology,
but
I
was
very
disappointed.
Also,
when
the
person
at
the
counseling
office
looked
at
the
condition
of
my
hair,
I
was
told
that
it
had
become
quite
thin
(because
I
had
undergone
medical
hair
removal
at
another
clinic
in
the
past)
and
that
the
hair
would
disappear
after
5
treatments.
It
was
quite
effective,
but
even
after
5
treatments,
I
still
have
some
hair
left.
Everyone,
including
those
who
received
counseling,
were
very
courteous.
It
is
easy
to
understand
what
the
nurses
say
to
you
during
the
treatment.
Everyone
is
so
kind.
However,
I
still
can't
shake
the
initial
feeling
of
confusion.
By
the
way,
it
was
difficult
to
get
reservations
even
2
weeks
in
advance,
and
3
weeks
in
advance
was
the
norm.
I
think
it's
good
for
people
who
have
a
set
plan
in
advance,
but
I
don't
recommend
it
for
people
whose
plans
change
all
the
time.
