聞いた事のないお店であったが、最近度々SNSで見かけるので気になり訪問。大通りから外れており、こじんまりした外観という印象。 オープンと同時に入店したが、既にテーブル席は半分埋まり、カウンターにも人が。12持に近付くとサラリーマンも加わりあっという間に満席。2階席もあるみたい。 ◇選べるランチA 950円 桜エビのかき揚げ丼とせいろ蕎麦 まずは丼から。タレをドバドバするかき揚げ丼ではなく、衣にしっかりと甘じょっぱさが付いていてタレ無しで頂く一品。桜エビ感はそこまで主張してこないものの、大変上品な一杯。 そしてお蕎麦。キンッキンに冷やされた麺は強めのコシで驚く程の喉越し！主戦場がラーメンなのでウンチクはないが、素直に美味しい。山椒も合う！良い頃合いを見て店員さんが蕎麦湯を持ってきてくれる。 夜はそれなりの価格帯になるようだが、ランチはお料理のクオリティ、豊富なメニューの選択肢、これで1,000円を切るコスパ、お店の清潔感、接客も申し分なく、大事な人を連れて再訪したい、そんな風に思わされるお店でした。

Best Soba!

Wow wow wow soba soba soba. That probably says it all. It’s a typical small noodles store which I like the most. We arrived right after they opened so it wasn’t busy yet. We ordered both cold and hot soba and both were just amazing. The soup for the hot soba was just perfect. And the al dente cold soba was the best I have ever had. We also had the tempura which was made fresh. The shrimp in the tempura was big and fresh too. Highly recommended and definitely plan to come back.

I definitely recommend this restaurant (although I do not know if they have a menu in English). The taste was good, the staff was friendly and the meal was served quickly. It was nice that there was both cold and warm soba.

Came here to try the trinity of Nagano specialty: soba, horse sashimi & sake. Food was great. The staff were attentive and helpful although they were not fluent in English

夕立ち真っ只中に来店。ｐ牛モツ煮と夏野菜天で、夜明け前グラス。牛もつはプリプリ、美味い。天ぷらが売りの店だが、衣はもう少し薄いほうが好みです。でもパプリカやズッキーニとか既存の野菜以外も多く好感。メインは白えびかき揚げ天せいろ。かき揚げは円柱だろうとの想像と違ったけれど美味しい。食べやすい。麺は細麺で、コシは最強。美味しいです。サービスのやきそばがきが嬉しい。

True Japanese experience, amazing soba & tempura! Side dish are very nice too (horsemeat sashimi, omelet...) A must to visit!

Stopped by to sample a selection of handmade soba minutes walk from Negano station. Very easy to deposit your luggages at the train station and walk over. Service was 100% - they tried their best explaining the menu and were very accommodating with our boards. Favourites were the cold soba noodles which had the perfect bite, super moist tamagoyaki and duck stew. Sadly didn’t have namo nanban soba that day, gotta come back!
