今回、ドーミーイン系列に宿泊しながら関東から愛知、京都、島根と旅しています。 こちらは、開業間もなくでも不慣れさは無く、駐車場担当の方、フロント受付、食事会場、他の方達も接客が素晴らしかったです。 建物は新しく、清掃も行き届いており潔癖な自分でも快適に過ごせました。入口から靴を下駄箱に入れなければなりませんが、フロントで希望すれば館内で使用出来るスリッパをもらえます。 アイスキャンディ等のサービス品から朝食ビュッフェまで、しっかり補充されており安心感があります。 強いて言うなら、食事会場に手指消毒用のアルコールがもう少し多めに置いてあると安心です。 久しぶりに満足出来る宿に泊まれました。

島根のサウナ ホテル。 サウナ好きであればここを選ぶと幸せになれます。 サウナはセルフロウリュが出来ます。秀逸なのはサウナ室内にアロマオイルがボタンで出る装置が備え付けてある所。これは便利ですね何時でも新鮮なオイルでセルフロウリュを楽しめます。この装置は初めて体験しました。 水風呂は一人用が２箇所で冷た目の１４度。上級者の喜ぶ温度ですね。さらに頭から水が掛かる装置付きこれも最高。 外気浴も１１階なので風が抜けてとても気持ちよくととのえます。 全体的にサウナーの気持ちを良く判っておられるホテルであることが感じられます。 サウナの感想ばかりとなりましたがホテル自体も設備サービス共にとても良かったです。また松江に来るときには利用させて頂きます。

It's newly opened with very nice and stylish rooms, that blend Japanese and Western styles. The staff at the front desk was very nice. We had our breakfast there, there were many options, buffet style. There are bathrooms in all rooms, and there's also a huge common bath onsen on the top floor. It's located a 10 min walk from the station, but staying there is definitely worth the walk, and there are many restaurants and izakayas around if you want to have dinner outside.

Super clean (shoes must remain at the entrance) and very comfortable. It gives a feeling of being newly opened and still brand new. The hotel is located around 15-20 minutes on foot from the JR station in Matsue. Also, we very much liked the local lemon drink we found in the mini bar. A final note: you won't be able to access the public baths in case of tattoos.

Extrmely clean and friendly environemnt. Upon entering you have to take off your shoes and put them in a locker. The staff were extrmely firnedly and could speak very good English and Japanese. The rooms are modern and well thought out. At the 12th floor there is a beautiful onsen and on the same floor are some free massage chairs along with some ice cream. There is also a manga shelf. The breakfast here is also beautiful with a range of local and Japanese produce but also some “western style” food here too. I would highly recommend staying here.

The dormy inn hotels are usually great value and this one takes it one step further by blending regular dormy inn with Japanese style decoration. Confortable, stylish and quiet room, tatami floors everywhere, sento on the top floor, located near the matsue castle and half way between the JR station and Ichibata station ... Amazing value.

The onsen on the roof is really good - indoor bath, outdoor bath (plus two additional tubs) cold bath and sauna. The breakfast was also good - the Japanese options were brilliant. Western breakfast understandably less varied but still good - croissants, yoghurt, fresh fruit etc. Have the hot chocolate from the machine!

信頼のドーミーイングループが展開する「和」テイストのホテル。 館内は靴を脱いでゆっくり過ごす計らいです。最上階の温泉や休憩場、アイスや乳酸菌飲料サービスは、やはりドーミーイン、変わらず用意されています。夜鳴きそばのサービスも健在、ありがたいですね！ お部屋はシャワーのみですが、チェックインからアウトまで大浴場があるので困りません。 素敵なお部屋なので、もっと早くチェックインして満喫すべきだったと反省。 心から寛げるお宿です。
