Lovely little morning (or afternoon) pick-me-up for anyone in the area who can receive & follow basic safety instructions in Japanese. We booked for two quite spontaneously just a day in advance (called Sat morning for Sun morning tour) and got flawless service. Guides were really friendly, knowledgeable and approachable and my favourite thing was that the tour did not feel "over" guided - just the right amount of guidance was given for everyone to enjoy at our own leisure, while at the same time questions were answered promptly and support provided where needed. It was my first time kayaking and while I often tend to find beginner-friendly activities a little boring, this was a genuinely enjoyable introduction to the sport and super good value for money (especially with the recent Hokkaido tourist discounts). Best way to visit the Blue Cave imo and an Otaru must if you are able! Definitely beats the motor boats and right by the bus stop too, highly recommend. Would love to rent a kayak for a day and do more exploring :)

初めての経験でしたが優しく教えて頂き安心して参加出来ました。体力に自信がない方でも引っ張ってもらてたり補助して頂けるので大丈夫だと思います。服も貸していただけたり写真も撮ってもらえいい思い出ができました。サービス満点、大満足のツアーとなりました。ありがとうございました。

社員旅行の自由行動日に参加させて頂きました！ ガイドさんが物凄く丁寧にレクチャーしていただき、 楽しく2時間過ごすことができました！ 水面0mで水中を覗くと、海底までくっきり見え、クルージングでは味わえない貴重な体験をすることができました。 今回は一人カヌーに挑戦し、ついて行けるか不安でしたが、体力のある方なら是非、一人カヌーに挑戦した方がいいです。 自由に動けるのはサイコーです。 機会があったら、また参加したいと思います。 ありがとうございました😊

Very friendly staff! They were very informative, and made sure to give a brief crash course on how to kayak for beginners. They were also well prepared in terms of gear. Highly recommend!

It was a fun experience and the guide was friendly. They give you a brief how-to, then you set off to a nearby cave with amazingly blue water.

Great experience and anyone who is moderately fit should be able to do it.

シーカヤックは初めてでしたが、丁寧に教えていただきすぐにコツをつかむことができました。普段、陸からしか見ていない景色とは、全く違い海面からの眺めはとても新鮮でした。岩のすぐそばまで近づけるのもカヤックならでは。青の洞窟もグッド👍でした。大満足のツアー、ありがとうございました。

カヌー初体験でしたが、波もなく穏やかな日でインストラクターさんが先頭と最後尾で守ってくださったので安心して漕ぐことが出来ました。 カヌーに乗る用にサンダルを無料で貸していただけて、戻ってきて足を洗い新しいサンダルをまた用意してくださるなど海は砂だらけになるので助かりました！ 海の中にはウニや魚もいて、すぐそばまで鳥たちが飛んできて、絶壁に囲まれて本当に探検気分でした！ スタッフの皆様ありがとうございました！

I understand that this is Japan and people may not be very comfortable in other languages, but a business should Atleast try to figure it out for tourists. We tried calling them 2 times, once thru the local tourist info desk and both times they refused point blank to take us as we didn't understand the language and they do not know English. I was trying to explain that we are expert swimmers and can manage with the most basic instructions but to no avail. 2 star for this experience. I'm sure once you get to go on their kayaking trip, it would be a 5 star
