Treated my girlfriend to a manicure here so my review is based on my service experience and what it looked like from my point of view. They were very friendly and spoke some English. My girlfriend was very happy with her manicure and she was able to choose a color of nail polish and they also gave me an envelope with some goodies inside. They said men come as well so it’s go for men or women. You can come as a couple or with a friend. They allowed me to go in the room and watch, that was nice. Fellas, a nice treat for your significant other if you’re looking for something.

Me and my daughter have been frequenting Elana Jade since 8 years. The staff is very kind, gentle (we are usually there for Brazilian waxing) 😉 and thoroughly professional. I had an opportunity to meet the gorgeous Elana herself at my last visit, and she is a wonderful person, very sweet and extremely gentle whilst at work. Thank you everyone at Elana Jade for a lovely experience with every visit. ❤️ I would highly recommend them for their services and professionalism. Elana Jade was great at communicating and helping schedule for non Japanese speakers. They took a lot of time asking what we wanted as services and accommodated schedules so kindly and in advance. We got the brow package which was phenomenal (tint, wax, lamination), and gel nail services. The brows turned out great, they barely have to be tamed for the day since receiving this service. Unfortunately the nail services (structured gel and gel manicure) left much to be desired. As nail techs back home, leaving remnants of gel on skin, uneven apices, and uncured gel on the Perionychium were disappointing to see. We also had multiple nails break within a few days and had to get them redone elsewhere. For brows — this establishment was amazing!

Had a manicure and foot massage - absolutely lovely, felt great! Everyone there was super polite, friendly and skillful. Strong recommendation!

I had a great time at Elena’s salon. The professionalism, the products and the expertise and the comfort of knowing they understand Western skin types was unparalleled in my experience in Tokyo over the past 30 years. Elena herself was so incredibly knowledgeable and understanding about all my skin issues and I really like that they have such a broad spectrum of services. I can do everything from nails to lashes to massage all in one place. She’s also more reasonably priced than many salons catering to foreigners. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

All of the little extras/attention to detail that some spas forget about or disregard are all taken care of here. Had an excellent male basic facial and a back facial. I had a lovely visit at Elana Jade. I got the 90 minute hot stone and facial special along with an eyelash fill. The massage was relaxing and the facial left my skin feeling rejuvenated. The employees put me at ease so well I fell asleep in the eyelash chair. Two weeks later my lashes are still going strong. Thank you Elana Jade.

I use Elana Jade for my nails, facials and massages. I have also used the salon for waxing. Pricing is fair, and the salon is clean, calm & inviting. Facials here are wonderful, and the deep tissue massage is one of the best I have ever had. The massage therapists know anatomy & adjust pressure to how your body reacts to ensure the best massage. The owner is actively involved with the day to day operations and ensures the clients all leave feeling refreshed.

I love spending me-time at Elana Jade. Not only do I get fabulous glowing skin after my treatments, I get to relax and sneak in rejuvenating naps in the middle of the day! Elana listens to your skin woes and concocts individualized care. Treatment here is exactly that — an absolute treat!

lash extensions prices DO NOT match the skill of the lady that works at Elana Jade. I asked for the most voluminous option they had and the result came out as if it was barely visible classic set. I have plenty of eyelashes and the lady didn’t do her job properly. This was my second time at the salon. The first time I went I had the same problem and after I asked and explained numerous times that this is not acceptable as a voluminous set - she ended up adding more lashes and tried to charge me for full set AND the fill price, which makes ZERO sense. This time, they started the procedure significantly later than my original appointment time! When we finished I did not have the time to be laying there for another 45 minutes for her to add more lashes since the result was very poor. I would recommend you get your lash extensions somewhere else. I can’t justify the price of 17’500 JPY for such a poor job. At minimum it’s a waste of time.

I chose this salon as the first place to come for my eyebrow tint + wax since i moved to japan, and im very happy! The colour is exactly what i wanted and im loving the shape. Usually after an eyebrow wax im red and sore, but ive had no issues this time around. Very friendly service also. Looking forward to being a regular 🙋🏼‍♀️

Whenever I am in Tokyo this is where I go to do my waxing they are really good almost painless. Love the atmosphere and the specialists are all professional and nice and they do listen to every request. Recently I did my lash extensions and basic padi/mani care and it was really good. 💕

Elana is hands down the best massage therapist I've had work on me. I've had massages all over the world and I'm so happy my new home has such an outstanding therapist. Her rates are reasonable for the level of service she provides.

Honestly, I was disappointed with my recent spa visit. Despite my initial excitement based on the positive reviews and excellent pre-visit email communication, the lack of a proper welcome or explanations upon entering left me disheartened. While the therapist was competent I think, the overall experience felt lacking in friendliness and warmth, with no inquiry about any concerns or questions I might have for my first-time visit or any skin problems. The treatment itself was acceptable, although the peeling process was more uncomfortable than expected - again there was no explanation about what’s going on, just a short reassurance that this is normal apparently. Considering the amount of money I spent there, the experience left me feeling like just another customer rather than an individual.
