Located upstairs in the middle of Akihabara, fantastic wine selection (see photos attached). Meat cooked perfectly, service impeccable. Highly recommend the Chianti Classico Riserva (Sangiovese), Frenchfries with melted butter, friend chicken, 24 Day Aged Pork Lion, 15 Day Dry Aged Beef Lion, Four cheese pizza with honey. Definitely worth a visit!

Tasty hamburger, fair price. The rice and soup refills are great. You can also combine them and it tastes great together. I'd do something about the cooking smell but beyond that, definitely recommended.

I’ve worked at similar establishments in Ventura County, CA where we focused on central coats CA wines. While the accessibility of great wine in Japan varies due to various reasons, this establishment has greatly exceeded my snobbery expectations at pairing very solid wines with incredible eats. See the pictures, eat there yourself, you be the judge. Yes, a cheese plate from your favorite watering hole will be different here but, their availability of phenomenal beef and local cheese and the Japanese ambiance is THE “X” factor. I would say this is a “go out of your way” eatery if you’re looking for a taste of home with the Japanese quality you expect….although, practice your lite Japanese so you can show appreciation to the staff!!!!!

At first I thought we walked into a fancy restaurant but once we saw the menu, price was fair and meat was good quality. Free refill on rice and soup was also nice. Salad was also tasty. Not a thick sauce but rather light sweet sauce. I am satisfied with this restaurant. Recommend!

This place is amazing if you can get the opportunity to visit. The chips with home made butter is to die for, I could have taken kilos of the butter home with me. Meat is aged and cooked to perfection. Best to book a table as no guarantee you will get a table but possible if dropping in, depends when I guess.

If you think you know steak… think again! You will not be disappointed if you order the filet. The fries and salads were also wonderful!

Fun, kind and helpful server and English menu. Everything was clean. Bit hot in the restaurant. Chicken was good. Skirt steak bit chewy - would try the dry aged steak next time. The side potatoes wedges were bit soggy. Dessert was ok/ basic. Four cheese (no tomato) pizza was nice.

Excellent find whilst searching for restaurants in the area. Predominantly Steak meals and they were happy for me to have just a side salad as I do not eat meat. My boyfriend ordered the hamburger steak, excellently cooked, moist, tasty, Server was very helpful and recommended a nice house red wine to complement the burger.

Absolutely extraordinary! The meat was tender and rich. The steak sauce was the MVP. Must try!

My wife and I ate here on our honeymoon to escape a sudden rainstorm in Akihabara. We were amazed when we first stepped inside by the quaint and cozy atmosphere. We ordered four things: the Sirloin Steak, A5 Kobe Beef, Beef Curry with Baguette (all three pictured), and their house-made butter French Fries (not pictured). All four plates were fantastic, and I especially recommend the curry if you want something light. The service was also very good. One of the servers (perhaps the owner or manager) was extremely gracious to us. He did his best to talk with us in English, which was very helpful in explaining the menu and their offerings. I spoke a small amount of Japanese with him as well, and we had a fun conversation with him before departing. I definitely recommend this place! Great for foreigners.

I’ve been eating steak everyday for 3 months. I even cook my own steaks. This steak was utterly disgusting. I paid ¥3250 for this dry inedible steak. It’s supposed to be Medium Rare. It’s not. Swallowing it requires water. I’m hungry and can’t even bring myself to finish it. Bill with salad & wine totals to ¥5750. What a waste of money.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Meat Winery, a steakhouse that has quickly become my favorite spot since moving to this area from Kentucky, USA. From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. The meat they serve at Meat Winery is nothing short of outstanding, perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. It's a delightful departure from what I was accustomed to, even back in Kentucky. Moreover, the extensive wine selection was a pleasant surprise, offering the perfect pairings for our steaks. The knowledgeable staff guided us through the wine options, enhancing our dining experience. What truly stood out was the superior service - the waitstaff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Needless to say, we can't wait to return to Meat Winery for more memorable dining experiences in the future. In summary, Meat Winery not only delivers delicious and expertly prepared meats but also offers an exceptional wine selection and top-notch service. It has become a cherished dining destination for us since our move, and we're eagerly looking forward to returning for more delectable meals and the warm hospitality that sets this steakhouse apart.
