Good Columbia coffee place for pour over. Tried the Geisha specialty from Panama. It had a very big fruity fragrance when I nosed it, but was very muted when I first drank it. I let the coffee cooled down to room temperature for some flavor to come out. IMHO I think such bean needs finer ground to fully extract all the fruity fragrance.
