I’m
American
and
this
was
my
first
time
at
a
Japanese
salon.
Asahi-san
was
amazing
and
gave
me
one
of
the
best
cut,
color,
and
treatment
I’ve
ever
received!
I
wanted
to
do
it
here
since
they
know
how
to
handle
Asian
hair
and
I
can’t
find
a
good
place
back
at
home.
I
was
able
to
book
an
appointment
the
day
before
online
via
the
Hot
Pepper
website.
It’s
easy
enough
even
if
you
don’t
read
Japanese
because
of
translation.
I
have
not
gotten
a
haircut
since
2021
due
to
the
pandemic,
and
I
haven’t
dyed
my
hair
since
2018.
I
am
also
not
a
fashionable
person
so
I
asked
Asahi-San
to
do
whatever
he
wanted
with
my
hair,
so
long
as
1)
it
was
easily
maintainable
and
2)
it
made
my
very
round
face
look
skinny.
He
did
not
disappoint!
We
were
able
to
communicate
easily
through
Translate
app.
I
would
love
to
come
back
to
see
him
in
the
future.
It’s
the
first
time
I
had
bangs
I
love
that
aren’t
in
my
face
constantly
and
the
color
change
is
so
subtle
but
beautiful.
