You hope you never need to see a physio in a ski resort, but if you do, you want the best advice to help you get back out ASAP. Very thorough consultation from Kevin, and they provided with strapping etc to keep me mobile in the days ahead. Paperwork also provided for travel insurance claim.

Really friendly staff and fast service! They were able to accurately assess my tailbone injury and massage it while also giving me exercises to alleviate the pain. There was also a wide range of equipment available to use if necessary.

Both Tom and Jack are super professional. They are not only knowledgeable and patient, they heal not only the body but also the soul. Emma at front desk is super helpful too with personal stories of recovery. Thank you Niseko Physio.

Fantastic treatment from Brendan. Both my wife and I were tight and sore from travel and exercise. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the body, provided a tremendous massage and we felt right as rain. Highly recommend

After my ski accident I was taken to Niseko Physio. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Office manager, Emma, arranged a physio to see me straight away. I received the very best treatment. Elaine has extensive physio knowledge and experience and has managed my rehabilitation so well. I am considerably more mobile than I thought I would have been in such a short time. I have a suit of exercises to help gain muscle strength and balance to prepare me for skiing again. Thank you Elaine for caring for me and for all you have done.

I came in with knee pain after a ski accident, and Tom was so helpful. He promptly diagnosed me and offered lots of education surrounding the plan of action to help me return to the slopes safely. I came back the following day for a ‘return to ski assessment’ which made me feel confident about skiing again. I highly recommend seeing Tom for any of your musculoskeletal concerns!

I’ve came to Niseko Physio due to a shoulder pain. Elaine has been a massive to help me get through this. The clinic and the gym have great conditions even though its a small place, you will be able to have all the commodities.

I presented to Niseko Physio with an ankle injury and the staff were excellent. Jack (the Physio magician) was all over it! The injury was thoroughly assessed, the ankle was taped for support and iced down using their state-of-the-art ice machine. A moon boot (with grippers for the icy conditions) was provided for additional support, along with guidance for management of the injury. A recommendation was made for X-ray imaging, based on suspicion of a fracture (subsequently confirmed). Follow up appointments have assisted with the rapid improvement of the injury, resulting in significantly reduced pain and improved ankle mobility. Santiago (the extremely skilled and talented massage therapist) also assisted by providing a therapeutic massage to address the tensions developed from the accident and subsequent moon boot mobility issues. Invoicing/administration is handled promptly and effectively, allowing straight forward engagement with travel insurance providers (one less nightmare to deal with). Unfortunately (from an injury perspective) it's not the first time that I have availed myself of their services, having made many visits to Niseko over the years. One thing that hasn't changed is the high quality and skill of the attending professionals, they are truly magicians in the body repair business. Huge thanks to Jack, Santiago and the team for getting me functional again.

I was training for my first ever marathon over summer and did a bit too much too soon and had a painful calf tear where I didn’t think I’d be able to run at all. I went in to see Brendan twice and following his instructions was able to run and participate on the day and haven’t had any issues in the weeks since. The massage therapy, strength training and knowledge he shared were all spot on. Highly recommend!

I blew out my calf last year, ruining my northern hemisphere skiing. But with Elaine's help I was able to more quickly get back on skis and continue skiing the southern hemisphere.
