    We have put together a training menu for the tournament. He corrected my form and taught me new events, which is really helpful when I train by myself! I think it's a very good gym for people who want to get into shape because they can give you advice on diet. You can also measure your body composition, so your motivation will increase every time. The staff are also bright and motivated.

    It was my first time to go to a personal gym, and since you get one-on-one guidance, it's easy to ask questions about things you don't understand, and it's a very easy-to-work out environment. I think it's easier to feel the effects because he not only exercises but also provides dietary guidance.

    It was my first time at the gym, but she kindly and carefully taught me everything from the beginning. Training using specialized equipment for muscle training was very exciting as it was something you couldn't do at home. My body has limitations due to a chronic illness, but when I made my first counseling appointment, I consulted with them in advance, and a physical therapist trainer was assigned to take care of me. You can feel at ease because each movement will check to see if the affected area hurts and which muscles are being affected.

    I joined a few gyms but didn't stick with them, and going to a personal gym was a bit of a hurdle for me since I don't have a lot of exercise experience, but I mustered up the courage to start going and it's been 2 years since I started going. Even though I am around 50 years old, he was very kind and gave advice and training with a smile on his face...I enjoyed it every time and my muscles ached every time. Highly recommended for those who want to make exercise a habit and those who want to see results including diet! I can do my best because I have someone next to me cheering me on and saying, ``Do your best!'' (lol)

    I started coming here to improve my physical strength after surgery. Unlike doing it yourself, you can train with the correct posture, so it's more effective. You can also get advice on training that you can do at home so you can practice it. It definitely made my body more mobile.

    Training once a week has become a very meaningful time. I'm being too selfish with myself, so during training I feel like I can't do it anymore and feel like giving up many times, but the trainers kindly encourage me and support me, so I feel a sense of accomplishment and am positive about trying my best next time. As for changes in myself, my hunched back has improved and my posture has improved, and I have become tighter overall and can now wear clothes that used to be too tight. I wish I had gone earlier without worrying about it.

    Since you can watch one-on-one training, even beginners can now go to the gym with confidence. Since I was able to learn each step in detail, I was able to review them at home, which helped me develop good exercise habits!

    I started going to the gym for the purpose of dieting.I used to go to the gym 24 hours a day, but I didn't notice much change in my body, but I lost 3 pounds in 2 months after I started going! I plan to continue going here, and I'm looking forward to the next year. I think it's the best personal service in Matsuyama City.

    I went to training for 3 months! I was worried that there would be any point in just doing it for 30 minutes once a week, but I actually felt the effects as I increased my muscle mass and decreased my body fat percentage! Trainer Aimi was stoic in putting the strain on me, but I was always able to have fun chatting with her while training ✨🤣 I don't know if I can have this much fun anywhere else, so I would like to order again when I reopen ♡ Highly recommended for those considering a personal gym 💪
