If
you
are
a
meat-lover
and
staying
near
Annupuri
or
Niseko
village,
definitely
consider
this
spot
for
dinner.
We
did
2
orders
of
lamb
and
2
orders
of
venison,
rice,
corn
soup,
and
ginger
ale.
And
ice
cream
sundaes.
The
meat
is
grilled
over
a
disposable
metal
grate
over
roaring
charcoal
coals.
The
exhaust
pipe
can
be
extended
to
about
6
inches
above
the
grate,
but
still
expect
your
clothes
to
be
smoky.
The
lamb
(looked
like
ribeye?)
was
so
tender
and
had
zero
gamey
taste.
But
the
venison
stole
the
show,
it
was
incredibly
tender
and
flavorful,
highly
recommend.
The
lamb
orders
came
with
a
vegetable
medley
(cabbage,
onion,
potato,
pumpkin,
bell
pepper).
Spread
the
veggies
throughout
the
meal
and
cook
on
the
outer
rim
of
the
grill
so
they
don't
just
get
scorched.
The
restaurant
had
mostly
Japanese
customers,
but
there
was
one
waitress
who
understood
basic
English.
We
had
our
hotel
concierge
make
a
reservation
for
us
and
arranged
for
can
drop-off
and
pick-up.
Our
meal
took
about
1.5
hours.
