Thankfully, there was a parking spot right in front of the shop that was available. This place only does take-out. Since my son and I weren’t too hungry, we got the mini plates. However, these mini plates aren’t like the mini ones in Hawaii. These are more like mini-mini plates, pupu sized, or sample size ones. We should’ve spent the extra $$ to get a regular sized plate. This is the closest thing I’ve found to a Hawaii style lunch plate place so far in Okinawa. I do wish the Mac salad was the savory kind instead of the sweet. Nothing really stood out—kalbi needed to be a tad sweeter and charred a little more, kalua needed a little more Hawaiian salt, shrimp needed the umami, and fish needed some salt, but if I’m craving a little taste of home, I’ll come back. Service was great and I’m grateful this place is here!

This is my favorite "bento shop" in this area. Great food, and really awesome staff! I particularly love the chili chicken and the "Do-Zo" chicken. Both come with rice, macaroni salad and a lot of meat. Can't go wrong with anything here!

Delish & affordable Hawaiian style pulled pork! I just wish they didn’t use styrofoam for all of the orders. This place is to-go ONLY, and currently only open for lunch.

Grabbed to-do for the first time and was very pleased. Hubby chose chicken and garlic shrimp while I chose garlic shrimp and pork. Loved the pork and the shrimp was a little chewy. I tried my hubby’s chicken and will definitely chose that next time. Overall we had a ton of food for less than ¥2000. Flavorful and delicious!

Fantastic food, friendly people and great prices. It's takeout only so got the bbq combo and ate on the seawall!!

My friend told me about Tropical Kitchen, and after my first order I couldn’t stop ordering!!! Garlic shrimp and kalbi is my favorite! And staff are suuuper friendly! 10/10 I recommend!!! 👌

When we buy the food from there and we went to beach and we ated the food and we went there with bicycle so we couldn't hold the trash and go home so I tell can you trash the food and then staff said to us we don't get trash from people and we all get frastrated so I think you should add the rrash box so we can save the earth.
