素麺は乾麺より若干もちもちしてて美味しいです。薬味がもう少しあると嬉しいです。 お土産の生素麺も要冷蔵なので持ち帰りに苦労しますが３０日もつし、工場価格で購入できます。 ただ、前のレビューの方も書いていたように、予約の方と予約でない方で対処が違うなとは思います。 以前予約で行った時、平日だったのでガラガラで待たずに入ることができました。 そのため2回目も平日で予約をせずに行ったのですが、非常にそっけない態度で接遇が悪く、わざわざ遠方から来てくれた同行者に嫌な思いをさせてしまい申し訳ない気持ちでした。 もし楽しみにしている旅行で行くとしたら、嫌な気分にならないように予約をしていくか、もしくは生素麺が食べられる箇所は他にもあるので、道の駅ふるさと村などで食べるといいと思います。 せっかくきたので有名店で食べたい！と言う人にはお勧めできます。 途中の道は悪路で、ワゴンなどできている遠方の方が立ち往生しているのを見ました。

Tasty olive soba! Nice for vegetarians. Order the large size if you have any appetite, the portions are a bit small.

Really good Somen, made from fresh, not dried, Somen noodles. Nice, traditional Japanese atmosphere, and you can even try making Somen too!

Very smooth yet nicely chewy! (It was so nice that I bought 6 packs of this fresh noodle lol) It is a must eat in this island!!
