A very lovely and exclusive feel compared to the larger resort next door. Various onsen settings to enjoy from the in room lake view bath, to the rooftop bath, to the main bath with infinity view at lake level. Breakfast and dinner feature mostly local japanese seafood and cuisine. I prefer here over the more expensive Windsor Hotel.

Very nice and decent hotel with personal onsen in each room. Located face to the lake, it was calm and very relaxing for holidays. Buffet there was excellent especially desserts, so delicious in every pieces (I am not sweet-tooth person, but still have to admit they made so yummy pastries)

It has the best location and spectacular view along the Lake Toya. If it’s a sunny day, you can also clearly see the beautiful Mountain Yotei in a certain distance. They have in-room hot springs, so we can enjoy the amazing view and hot spring at the same time. The service is also high class, they are always friendly and helpful to us. The food is great too - breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend to all of you travelling around this area - we had a great time here!

What a wonderful place to stay! We spent 2 nights there in June 2023 and enjoyed every minute. The rooms are nice and spacious and the onsen on the balcony is simply great. The view is breathtaking, so beautiful. There was a firework on the lake every evening which was nice to watch. One evening we had a Kaiseki Dinner, the other evening we went to the Buffet. The Kaiseki Dinner was amazing, the view from the restaurant was great. Buffet was good too. Beside the private onsen on the balcony I enjoyed the public onsen on the roof very much. Such a wonderful view. It usually was quiet and relaxing there. Only during one of my visits there I could not enjoy it that much because there were a quite large group of women, chatting very very loud, the whole bath was only full of (chinese) loud voices. Staff spoke good english, was very friendly and always helpful. If I ever visit Lake Toya again I will for sure stay there again!

Best hotel in TOYA area. If you visit lake toya you must live in this hotel. Everything in the room is great and feels luxury. Heated floor is amazing in the winter, room is very clean and cozy. Customer service is great the hotel staff are nice and friendly. The view in public onsen will blow you away that you can see the whole toya lake while relaxing in the onsen. All the experience from this hotel was the best in my whole trip in Hokkaido.

Breathtaking view just framed outside the room, impeccable service quality and well maintained onsen facilities. The food is also nice, even the seafood chowder for the breakfast and tiny desserts are beautifully prepared in professional standards to the details. I would like to revisit again and again if I come to Sapporo and definitely recommend to stay for at least 2 nights if possible.

The room are nice and have the best views of the lake. There was an private outdoor onsen which was decent sized. Beds were comfy and dinner was amazing. The staff were very polite and attentive. On the day of checkout, i realised i left a toiletries bag in my room 2 hrs after we left. I rang them but they were unable to understand what we were talking about. Decided to drive back and used google translate to explain the situation to the staff. Within 5min the housekeeping staff met me at the lobby with my bag and some loose change they found in the room. Super professional.

Not kidding when I say that I received the best hospitality the moment we drove up to the entrance of the hotel. The staff took our luggage and welcomed us. Check in was fast and smooth, most staff spoke English. Rooms are huge, clean and has a private onsen, with a clear view of the lake. On a clear day, you can even see Mount Yotei. I really can't recommend this resort enough. 5 stars all around.

Had an extremely unforgettable experience when our family stayed there this Sep. Room was spacious and even had an onsen facing the lake. Resort was not too big but restaurant was shared with their older wing which had a big restaurant with wide spread of food. We enjoyed the fireworks on the the lake which ended right in front of our room balcony. Highly recommended as this is the best resort in Toya and probably best out of all resorts I stayed in Japan thus far.
