This is hands down the best real arcade experience in Tokyo. This isn't a bunch of rigged crane games. This is classic retro gaming at its finest. 4 floors packed with games. 2 at the large main location, and 2 at the street corner location. the street corner location (directly across from Gigo) has pinball and vintage arcade games. I wish more arcades existed like this. I come to place every time I visit Tokyo.

I've been wanting to go to this place for a while based on its reputation and I wasn't disappointed. This place has an incredible selection of classic arcade titles all in fine working order, as well as an entire floor of fighting games from through the ages, all set up for multiplayer. A big thing to mention that may put a lot of people off is that smoking is allowed here, and the place has the dark and dingy atmosphere of arcades from the 90s. I happen to love that feel so it was a plus for me! Wouldn't be the same if it was all well lit with white walls and spotless floors. The highlights were some of the deluxe cabs, all of which still had their movement fully working and were a joy to play. Space Harrier and Power Drift in particular were absolute joys to play, and 3-screen Darius was great despite his unforgiving it is! They have a handful of well maintained pinball machines, all of which were in great working order with nice loud sounds and clear voice. I'd highly recommend making a trip here if you have any interest in classic arcade games, and would suggest you bring a lot of 100-yen coins!

Lots of old school arcade games. Street fighter, Mario, tetris etc. Plenty for you retro gamers. 50—200 yen per play. So much fun. Easy to get to, about 2 min from the station. It closes at midnight.

What a treasure! This unassuming building just down the street from Takadanobaba station houses one of the best remaining vintage arcade game centers. Downstairs is focused on special cabinets while upstairs has most of the greats from the 1980s and 1990s. Fighting game fans will be thrilled to find head to head linked cabinets for many 2D fighters. A great range of vert shumps available too, plus some more contemporary machines. So wonderful to see and play games from years ago.

The last bastion of arcades. This places has history, so drop by and throw in some bucks into the machines as long as you still can. So cheap to play here. Many games only 50 yen per play. You can also get a flatrate for most of the fighting games. You can play for hours without spending a fortune. They do events, tournaments, even have merch to buy. While most big arcades have the goal to empty your wallets, this one has the mission to keep a culture alive.

Came here after searching on the internet trying to find a retro game with pinballs. There are lots of retro arcade games (¥50/100), but no pinballs. Anyway, a good place to kill time and remember the old times!

For nostalgic, great place to enjoy 80s/90s arcade games and introduce them to kids, who will have fun as much as their parents. Some games (mostly fighting) on 2/F are priced at 50¥, which let you play even more! On the downside, the place still has some cigarettes smell, probably coming from its early years when it was allowed to smoke in (forbidden nowadays).

The manager of this game center has a deep knowledge of games. Therefore, there are many interesting games left in this game center. STARBLADE, DRUIAS1, Michael Jackson's Moonwalker, RAIDEN, TATSUJIN, POWERDRIFT, AFTERBURNER, METAL HAWK, METALSLUG,DAYTONA USA...Of course there are many new games. The game console is very well maintained and has a continuous fire button. Admission is free, so come, take a look, and drop in some coins.

great variety of retro arcade games, had great time playing street fighter games vs friends on the second floor and playing some racing games and pinball on the first floor. place has more cigarette smoke than air but not as bad as most pachinko parlors, sadly thats just japan. open until very late. would recommend

Tons of retro games, and very focused in fighting games. There were some nice driving games too, such as Outrun 2 for example, that aren’t found in many places.

I had an absolute blast going here. Exactly what I wanted, a corner of raiden shoot em ups (I think all of them? They at least had raiden II, which was my childhood) on the first floor. Then when you realise theres a second floor... with soooo many more shoot em ups, fighting games(street fighter, tekken, samsho), and some random mahjong, rpg rouge likes, and more classic arcade games, you coud not ask for a better facility. (If anyone knows other places, please let me know). I hope this place lives on forever. I will be going here many more times during my stay in Japan.
