Great Hotel with lots of amenities for kids and adults. There are 3 different restaurants that you can choose , Japanese style , Foreign style and an open buffet. Nearbybthere is a very big Kids entertainment park with animals and toys. Restaurants starts from 8 pm and you can enjoy the hot springs( inside the hotel). before the Restaurant.

The place overall it's quite good, especially with the food and shinkansen package. My biggest complaint are the beds which are terrible, uncomfortable, and really messed up my back. Everything else could be awesome but at the end of the day it's a hotel and if the beds are terrible it loses out on a couple stars.

Dinner buffet is lots of delicious cooks Including japan local ,Chinese dumpling,desserts,ice cream And then you can enjoy hotspring to relax the tour tiredness and also go to the forest to absorb the energetic air . If you go to japan and come here Don't miss the fulfill comfortable atmosphere hotel.

me and my husband are regularly come 2 or 3 times a year, we like the onsen and ambiance and foods. The staffs are very polite. i give 5 stars.

The buildings are well maintained. The facilities are functional, useful, and helpful. The staffs are doing their best to make all visitors happy and relax.

Wifi is way too slow at best, usually doesn’t even connect to the Internet. Otherwise good.

Room booked for 5 persons: 2 beds and 2 futons 2 towels Hotel is cold outside of the room. Food made me sick. Room was dirty with hairs in the sink. Awful stains on the wall (one located right next to the head area on the bed).

Although the facility is a little dated, it was very tidy, clean, and lively. The onsen was great! The food was great! The service for families and small children was also excellent.
