    This is my first personal gym, but I'm writing a review because I think it fits my lifestyle. In my case, in addition to working while standing, I have many hobbies and friends and have more opportunities to eat out than others. Inevitably, my eating habits and sleeping hours tend to be erratic...but I still want to pay attention to my health. The deciding factor for me to attend was that I thought it would be easy to talk about such small things (just my selfishness lol) during the counseling stage. He creates a space where it's easy to talk, so you can train comfortably. For me, the sense of security that comes with commuting is a big deal, and I consider commuting here to be one of my plans to look forward to. I thought I could recommend it to people who are considering personal training as well as people like me who don't like exercise.

I was a little reluctant to increase the amount of white rice I was eating, but even after increasing it, I didn't gain any weight, and in fact, I felt that my stomach became slimmer. However, my muscle strength has decreased more than I expected, and I can't move my body like before, so I can't train well, and my motivation has decreased. However, he organizes my training based on what I can do, so I am able to do my best. I think this is also unique to a personal gym.     I decided to go on a diet, but I couldn't seem to lose weight, so I decided to go to a personal meeting for the first time in my life and join. I was nervous as it was my first experience at a personal gym, but the explanations were thorough and I decided to give it a try. The first training sessions were tough, but as I went a few times, I started to look forward to seeing the number of repetitions I could do and the intensity increase a little. My stiff shoulders have also improved and my physical strength has increased. He also gave me advice on what to eat, which helped me improve my diet. I was really glad that I went to school because they supported me not only physically but also mentally. Thank you as always, Ohno-san. I've actually been going for a little over a month, and I've lost 4 cm from my waist and 2 to 3 kg in weight. People at work often compliment me on my improved style, which is very motivating and makes me want to keep working hard.

    It's been a little over three months since I started going to Apple Gym. It all started when I rebounded and reached the highest weight of my life, so I panicked and called for a free consultation. It was my first time to go to a personal gym and I was nervous, but now I have lost 13 kg and I can clearly see a change in my appearance. My trainer, Mr. Ohno, has a wealth of knowledge not only about the body and muscle training, but also about food, and he creates a training menu according to my goals. My few muscles are screaming every time, but I feel refreshed after the session because of the voice that lifts my mood. It's all thanks to Mr. Ohno that I've lost so much weight!     It was my first time to join a personal gym, and when I plucked up the courage to join, the trainer was very sincere. I was having trouble keeping up with it alone, but I can do my best by coming here and getting encouragement. He also explains in detail the training menu that is effective, so it seems to be working. It's convenient because it's close to the station, and you can come at a time that suits you.

    通い始めて半年程度になります。通いやすいかつリーズナブルなパーソナルジムを探してAppleジムに辿りつきました。 1ヶ月に4回のトレーニングプランを継続しています。効果はかなり実感してます。3ヶ月程度でウエストがマイナス5cmになり感動しました。体重は変わらないのですが明らかに二の腕やウエストが細くなったので以前よりもファッションが楽しめるようになりました。また、痩せるを目的にしていましたが、筋トレにより姿勢が改善されたのか、肩こりが気にならなくなりました。以前はひどい肩こりで整体に週1回通っていましたが通わなくても肩こりに悩まされることがなくなってきています。

    独学でトレーニングをしていましたが、もっとダイエットと筋力アップを加速させたいと思い、思い切って人生初めてのパーソナルジムに入会しました。やはり普段自分1人で行なっているトレーニングとは違い、確かな知識と経験からトレーニングメニューを組んでもらいとても満足しています! これまでは疲れて「今日も頑張って追い込んだな!」と満足していましたが入会してから本当の「追い込む」という経験ができ、これまで自分が行なっていたのは筋トレごっこだったんだなと思い知らされました。 また、様々なトレーニングを教えてくれるため、1人でトレーニングする時のメニューも格段に増えました。 トレーニングメニューの増加、本当の追い込み、ダイエットや筋肥大の知識などが合わさり、以前までの自分と比べたら確実に大きく成長しました! 本当は変化した自分の写真を載せたいのですが、職業柄それができないため施設内の写真だけ載せておきます! もし、入会を悩んでいたら悩むだけ時間がもったいないですよ! 今すぐに連絡することをおすすめします!

    いつも笑顔と元気な挨拶で迎えてもらえますので、こちらも元気をもらい、やる気もアップするので安心してトレーニングを開始できます。 トレーニング中も優しく励ましながらも、厳しく限界まで追い込んでもらえます! パーソナルなだけあって、各々に合わせたトレーニングを提案してくれます。 私は上半身の筋力がかなり足りていないことがわかりましたので、ベンチプレスなど様々な方法で鍛えたおかげで男性平均の重さまでクリアすることができました。 最初は筋トレ嫌いでしたので、パーソナルでも続かないかなと思っていた自分ですが、気づけばパーソナルがない日は別のジムに通ったり、自宅でも簡単なトレーニングするようにまで意識が変わり自分自身驚いてます。 目標体重をクリアするのと、夢の100キロオーバーのマグロと戦えるよう鍛えたいと思いますので、これからもよろしくお願いいたします。

Mr. Ohno, who is in charge of the training, is friendly and refreshing, and I like that I can train without being nervous.     It's been a year since I started working at the Chofu Chuoguchi branch. Before, I didn't have enough energy and just running a short distance would leave me out of breath. I was looking for a personal gym in my hometown that I could easily go to because I had no experience in gyms to build up my strength and lose weight, and I found Apple Gym. I go to training once a week, and I'm happy with my weight -8.5kg and waist size -9cm. Now I don't have any trouble climbing the stairs.

    I started to worry about the shape of my body due to my age, so I decided to go on a diet for the first time in my life, but it was difficult to do it on my own... I joined Apple GYM Chofu Chuoguchi branch because it was conveniently located and I had a good impression of Mr. Ohno, the trainer. I thought a personal gym would be very difficult to overcome, but before I knew it, I got used to the intense training, and now, 4 months later, it has become an essential part of my life.     I have been suffering from severe lower back pain, and was worried that I would end up damaging my body by doing my own training to build muscle to improve my posture, so I was looking for a personal gym, and ended up joining one that was relatively close to my home. . I attend twice a week for about a month, and although I haven't seen any significant improvement in my body shape or back pain yet, I've definitely gained muscle, and I've been able to identify my weak training areas and create a menu for myself, and since it's personal, it's compulsory to some extent.
