Great big grocery store! A great place to stop to buy drinks and snacks before you get on the train at Iiyama station, especially because there isn't much food to buy for the train in the station and none on the platform. They have a huge alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink selection (maybe the biggest I've seen in Japan)!

best place to stock up fresh food and groceries before hopping into the bus to Nozawa Onsen village! lots of fresh stuff and good choice of sake and beer !

If you are coming into Iiyama on the bullet train Tsuruya is right there, there is a path from the station that takes you there then back to the Nozawa Liner Bus area so very convenient to do some shopping and then jump on the bus for Nozawa Onsen. The supermarket is much nicer than the old supermarket in Nozawa Onsen so recommended to stock up if you are staying at an apartment or house in Nozawa.

なんでもあります。駐車場も広くて便利です。JR飯山駅のすぐ近くで新幹線に乗る前でも立ち寄れると思います。 この唐辛子の種というおせんべいが買いたくて寄りました(・∀・)

It is a big supermarket. There is also a delicious lunch box. Wednesday is a regular holiday. Please be careful.

時計回りタイプの売り場配列。ツルヤは夏でも冬でも店内が寒いのがデフォルトだが、喫茶コーナーの寒さは異常。 他の店舗と比べると、国産牛の品数が少なかったり、スナック菓子とペットボトル飲料が向かい合わせで陳列されていたり、パンの横におにぎりがあったりと、品揃えや陳列が独特だと思った。
