Slopes are very close but hotel is pretty dreadful. Arrived on Friday and dinner was served with no choice at what time and what food. Saturday breakfast same situation, no choice, just arrived at the table at their designated time and you eat what is in front of you. For Saturday dinner a buffet was available and it was the cheap , unappetising and a depressing experience. If you wish to leave your bags at the front desk, after checking out, you are charged 1000 yen for the privilege. Our room was extremely dated with many stains on the walls and carpet. The beds followed the same trend: old, uncomfortable and yellow. Bathroom was miniscule with a strange accompanying odor. I did enjoy the 24 hour onsen, the close proximity to the slopes and the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Good service, checks all customer temperature, have nice hot bath, have english information, nice staff, nice dining, nice view , alot of good stuff, but a little old. The pictures are prettier than it is in real. The area is a forest, there is nothing else to do but be in the hotel or snowboarding. We had to wait long time for our buss (6hours) and there was nothing to do. Just walking in the forest 😂 , but it's not the hotel mistake. It's the tour company that arranged this badly. So I don't give a bad rate for that ☺️ , just 1 star less because older than pictures 😃 , the rest is good, the staff is very nice people.

Visit here for wild mushrooms hunting with my family and friends. The results are not good but the hotel offers lots of mushroom dishes. So tasty and enjoyed a short autumn in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture.

While the place is perfect if you want to ski, and located in the middle of the track, the room was smelly with smoke. So, you might not like it if you are not a smoker. The public bath open 24 hours was nice.

Food was really good. It was a buffet so quantity was no issue. The hot water bath was amazing with sauna room. The rooms were not top notch per se, but had everything one could ask for. Plus, the whole setup is huge and spacious unlike any other Japanese facility I have been to. Some might say it's old, but I thought it's a little vintage.

With this price it was a bit disappointing. Textiles and bathroom was not 100% clean..

とても良いホテルと思うが、四人部屋というのが狭すぎて、スーツケースを置く場所もないほど。ベット２台に加え布団２枚は敷けるとは言うものの、どう考えても３人が限界。 スーツケースを置いたら人が歩くことが出来ないのは、夜間には困ると思うし、転倒につながる。

スキーで利用しました。 目の前がゲレンデでアクセスが良いのと、入口すぐに乾燥室があって使い勝手が良いと思いました。 また、ご飯もバイキングで、お風呂も大浴場で広々としていて良かったです。

スキー場の中にあり それは便利だった。売店の奥に休憩室があって、ポットとレンジがあり カップ麺を買って休憩しました。なぜか、いつもより美味しく感じました。 バイキングの内容は良くないです。ご飯と味噌汁は温かいけど、他は冷えてます。料理の選択肢もあまりないです。なのでご飯と冷凍唐揚げとロールケーキで夕飯をやり過ごしました。 学生が合宿中でしたが、一般客でこの食事。学生には何を提供したんだろうと気になりました。 部屋は初め案内された部屋がすごい異臭で吐気がする状況で、ドアと窓を開けてないと居られなく、フロントに伝えたら直ぐに部屋を変えてくれました。異臭はあり得ない話しだけど、対応は悪くなく スタッフさんは皆さん好感を持てる方ばかりでした。代わりの部屋は すごくキレイで良かったです。 食事に期待は出来ないので、荷物に食料も入れとくと良いかも。 部屋は当たり外れが大きい。 スキーするには便利で良い。
