Aweeeeesome experience! It's my first time doing my lashes everrrrrr and it was calm, relaxing and easy!!!!!! The lash expert, Ms. Tomo, taught me everything I needed to know for my lashes and eyebrows and I chose the best sample that I wanted to have. Ms. Saori took great care of me and ensured I'm getting exactly what I wanted! Thank you very much and I will indeed return! The menu has a variety of style and length and it's affordable as well. My option was the cute and mix lashes. Not too long yet natural with great volume! Get your lashes done here! Stop hesitating!!!!

Ayano did a great job with my lash lift and brow lamination! I had never done either before but she explained both treatments and walked me through the options. The treatment itself was very relaxing. I would definitely come back if I’m in Tokyo again.

I was able to find it based on the picture I saw of the outside. The lady confirmed the service I had booked. I also got to watch a short video about the process, which put me at ease. The chair is so comfortable that I fell asleep in no time. The therapist was so lovely, very welcoming, and I am very happy with the results.

The lash artist was very attentive to my needs and was detailed in explaining each of the options and what would be best based on what I wanted. I got volume lashes and bottom lashes and love how they turned out. Excited to see how long they last!

I was on quite a lengthy trip to Japan and had gotten my lashes done prior to flying over. However, in the last two weeks of my trip when I would usually go for in-fills, my extensions had started to fall out. I visited today for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. For reference I haven't done anything on my eyelashes/brows before since I was always scared. But the process was simple and Kana was so focused in attention to detail and hear everything I wanted on my brows like shape and thickness. I did the eyelash lift and the results are instant, I don't think I need to use mascara anymore. Overall I am really happy and will definitely return for maybe eyelash extensions next time. I was surprised at how well it turned out and it looked like I didn't even have to use makeup. One of my worries was solved. The person who took care of me was also kind, polite, and very nice.
