Very clean hotel. However, they charge 200yen per item for storing your luggage after check out. Even being raining and only for one hour, they wanted to charge us, even for a short period of time (1h). It is the first time I have seen this in a hotel. Quite dissappointing.

We enjoyed our stay at plat hostel minowa forest in Asakusa. We were quite excited about the nice and central location as well as the flawless service. Our room was comfy and the rest rooms were always super clean. The only thing which was kinda off was that we didn't had the opportunity to open the window. Therefore it was a little stinky after 3 people. All in all our stay at your hotel was quite nice and we enjoyed the time in Tokyo to the fullest. For a cheap price a nice hostel! Clearly a recommendation.

Very warm hostel with friendly receptionist. Shared bathroom and lounge are very clean. 10 minutes walking distance to Minowa Station. Room is very small. Can barely fit 2 adults and 2 big luggages. Not soundproof at all you can hear everything happening outside

The hotel is very simple, we took one of the smallest and cheapest rooms. And... we got one of the smallest and cheapest rooms. Showers and toilets were on each floor and both were clean. We could leave our suitcases for 200 YEN before check-in, thanks! We found it a pity that the small window in the room could not be opened. More coat hooks would also be good.

This hostel is super clean, the staff was super friendly, and it has everything you could need. There are small kitchen appliances available for use in the kitchen, and even breakfast available in the morning for ¥500! It's in a quiet neighborhood that's about a 10 minute walk from the nearest station, and not far from Asakusa. The room was tiny but cute, just big enough for the bed and our luggage. The bed itself wasn't very comfortable, and you can hear through the walls pretty well, but those are about the only points I felt were lacking about this place.

we stayed here for a week and it was one of the most comfortable hostel experiences I've made so far. the staff are really really friendly and will chat with you or help you out if you need them. we arrived early by night bus and despite the check-in time being 4pm, they let us keep our luggage, eat breakfast in the kitchen and refreshen in the bathrooms. the rooms were clean and comfortable, if you stay more than three nights they give you an option to have them change the sheets. the bathrooms are also clean with shampoo and body wash provided in the showers. you can also easily get everywhere you need, the next subway station (hibiya line) is about a 5-7 min walk away, the next super market is less than a minute by foot. from some of the rooms you can even catch a glimpse of the skytree at night!

Comfortable rooms, good bathroom facilities and the common area is nice. Not a lot of sound proofing from the hallways though so you can hear people coming and going at all times of night. I'd stay here again though.

This is my first time traveling to Japan and we saw this as a great value option. Let me tell you, you should stay here. It’s a hostel but it’s a private room and the staff is extremely friendly and speaks great english. The bathroom is shared so how dirty it gets depends on the rest of the people staying there. There are free amenities and a kitchen to cook/prepare stuff like the family mart goodies from the family mart about 5 mins away. The staff cleans every day around the early afternoon and the place has everything you need. TV infront of the bed is a huge plus personall and they also have a washer and dryer. The location is prime and is about a 5 min walk from places to eat and the subway.

Really enjoyed our stay here, the staff are so friendly! We stayed in both a standard double and superior room that we got a good deal on. We actually even liked the smaller room better because there was a desk table we could do remote work from. They even kindly moved our bags from one room to another so we didn't have to worry about checking out and check in again and could go wander Tokyo. We were also able to work comfortably from the downstairs common area because most people who stay here go out to see Tokyo during the day, it's busier downstairs in the evening. Was great to walk around the neighbourhood in an area where it seems a lot of locals live. Visited a few bakeries nearby and we went to all the bigger grocery stores nearby which were between 8-12 mins to walk to, all with great prepared food. Subway H line Minowa station is super close walking, and there's buses nearby too. Walked to Asakusa as well easily, about 20 mins. Thanks for having us!
