This center is located at the 4th floor of Fushimi Ward Office. While there are high-conscious activities such as Aikido, students are wandering around in a 3C situation without paying attention to the low-conscious people who come to the basket, such as junior high and high school students, without washing their hands or wearing masks. Elementary school and below are neat.
