Fantastic location, blocks from the shopping arcade and Goto castle, with tons of great places to eat within walking distance. There's a cute park across the street, and our concierge gave us great recommendations for places to visit all around Goto.

The room was stylish and comfortable. Convenient location. The staff is tremendously helpful & kind, and has good English too. Great experience!

The room is beautifully designed and spacious. The service was beyond expectations. They went above and beyond to help us have an amazing stay. It’s one of the most charming hotel rooms we have ever stayed in (and we have been to over 20 countries!).

What a wonderful hotel! It was even better than the pictures. We stayed in the top floor room with a balcony, and outdoor space was great for evening drinks. The small touches like high quality Balmuda speaker and furnishings were a nice surprise. Owner was super friendly. Glad we opted for this boutique rather than nearby tower hotel. Thank you and I want to stay again! Will be back

A beautiful, very chic small designer hotel in Goto City! We would definitely recommend it to all our friends. Kuwata, our host was lovely, very helpful and also runs a very nice restaurant called Sotonoma, which offers breakfast and wonderful lunch plates. This cafe is also very stylish and super cozy 🫶🤩🌺😍

Fantastic Hotel! I recommend staying here during your visit to the Goto islands. The owner is super helpful, speaks English and is passionate about making his (international) guests feel welcome and enjoy Goto. The rooms look fantastic but are also super clean and have nice extras such as great speakers, and comfy bathrobes. Location for exploring the central Goto town is great, ask the owner for meal recommendations. Had a perfect evening here. All the rooms are very nice, but the big room on the top floor with the rooftop balcony is something special. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

宿泊はしていませんが、仕事の関係で施設内を見学させて頂きました。突然のお願いにも関わらず見学の了承、施設のお話までして頂きとても勉強になりました。 客室内は細かい箇所まで丁寧に作りこまれてれており、外から見える緑を存分に感じられる素敵なお部屋となっていました。 次回五島に訪れた際には宿泊してみたいと思います。

(English below) 5月に202 (シングルルーム) に宿泊しました (かなり時間が経ってしまいましたが)。 Hotel Souは写真の通り超スタイリッシュです。外壁をぶち壊したかのようなデザインの大胆さと、照明、スイッチ、シャワーなど細部の繊細さが同居しており、新鮮な体験となりました。アメニティ、ドライヤー、Bluetoothスピーカーなど、すべてにこだわりが感じられました。 オーナーさんは気さくでアツい方です。ホテルにまつわる物語を語ってくださったところによると、元々建物は長崎県の多くの教会建築で知られる建築事務所によって建てられ、現代建築家がホテルにリノベーションしました。オーナーさんは時代を超えた「コラボ」と表現しました。 また、おすすめの居酒屋やバーも教えてくださいました。おすすめされたお店に行き、美味しい食事と地域の方々の優しさで心に残る思い出となりました。ホテルは福江島の中心部にあり、福江港や飲食店は徒歩圏内です。 ぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。 I stayed in Room 202 (Single Room) in May. Hotel Sou is super-stylish as in the pictures. It has daring design with the "destroyed" wall as well as delicate elements such as lighting, switches, and a shower, which made my stay a fresh experience. The hotel is selective about everything, including toiletries, a dryer, and a Bluetooth speaker. The owner is a cheerful and enthusiastic person. He told me the story about the hotel. The building was originally constructed by an architectural practice known for designing and building many churches in Nagasaki, and a contemporary architect renovated the building into a hotel, which he called "collaboration" beyond the era. He also recommended some izakaya restaurants and bars. The places were memorable for nice meals and kindness of local people. Since Hotel Sou is in the heart of Fukue Island, Fukue Port and many restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. I would love to stay again.

2023年7月に2泊しました。福江港からも徒歩圏内。福江空港からでも車で10分ほどです。駐車場もホテルの前にあるのでレンタカーを借りても安心です。客室は無駄なものを排除した、非日常感が味わえるとても素敵な空間でした。コンクリートを崩したような無骨な建築と温かみのある家具、昼間の自然光と夜のライトアップがそれぞれとても素晴らしかったです。開放感のあるお風呂はとても居心地がよく、目隠しもありgood!!!アメニティも充実していて、ドライヤーがrefaだったのが女性には嬉しいポイントでした。近隣には美味しいご飯屋さんがバーがあり、お酒を飲んでも歩いて帰ることができ、とても便利でした。無人ですが、オーナーさんが親切に対応してくださり、五島のことをたくさん教えてくださるのでとてもありがたかったです！頻繁に伺える場所ではないですが、次回は晴れた日に行って、テラスでのんびり過ごしたいと思います！
