This part of the city never sleeps. Plenty of restaurants, drinking joints, Izakayas, etc.

the station is not only subway station but also location for shopping, fòod restaurants, many kind of stores! i didn't know until went outside from subway! there were so many many people and variety society ordinary facilities like beautiful streets tree, bike road and so on! at that time, i smells first sapporo air because it was on way from Chitose Airport! the air was so Clean even though, it was deep city and there were so many vehicles on the road ! i think the Hokkaido must be clean city! i am sure our country's air cannot be like that!

Stay at Mercure Sapporo Hotel. It located near Susukino Station. The entertainment area have so many bars, restaurants with all night opened, clubs. The station has both subway and tram/ street car ( loop line). At the station, the passengers can see real-time of all trams locations. In Denmark, I don’t think we have same kind of display locations of the tram at real time yet. But the expected time arrival of each bus. Here you have very great overview. Long life technology. It is very convenient area with very great tram form 2016. No doubt why it wins the great design . We also lucky to take the tram on Sunday. The tram was for free that day. Very good way to motivating people to go out😊.

It is located on the Namboku Line and Sapporo Streetcar, the heart of Sapporo’s ‘business’ district. Susukino, in which are concentrated many restaurants, bars, hotels, and adult-entertainment establishments is the location the largest red-light district north of Japan along with Kabukicho Tokyo and Nakasu Fukuoka. Literally Susukino means zebra grass field. But some theories are developed that Susukino is named after Tatsuyuki Usui, a supervisor in the construction of the red-light district in Hokkaido’s capital city. Ok, enough for the literature study of this name.
