I came to visit Pilates not knowing what Pilates itself was, but that was probably a good thing because she not only taught me very clearly and thoroughly without any preconceptions, but also praised me thoroughly when I was able to do it, which boosted my self-confidence. My job involves taking care of people's bodies and taking care of their postpartum bodies, but it's also a learning experience for me. I didn't realize how little I was aware of my body, but on the way home, my body remembered what I had already learned in the lesson, and when my posture worsened, I felt sick and wanted to straighten it out.     It's a wonderful exercise salon that I'm really glad I found. I mainly take private lessons, but sometimes I also take group lessons with three of my friends. Even as I get older, I want to stay in good physical and mental health, but I start to feel unwell, uncomfortable, and have various pains in my lower back, hips, shoulders, etc., and I wonder why this happens. When I decided to face it, I found out about the Body and Mind Exercise Salon. First, I tried moving various parts of my body, paying attention to my muscles and bones, as instructed by the teacher. Eventually, I started to understand more about my body and why I felt pain and discomfort, and I was able to imagine what I wanted to become. I consult with the teacher again, and he comes up with a program and teaches me the movements and how to move them in detail, in a good way (lol), until I understand them. Up until now, I had only been thinking in a selfish way, wanting people to tell me how to get better or to have treatments cure me, but this salon has changed my way of thinking.
