Overall, I liked the clean and spacious space. The hot spring bathhouse on the 10th floor is also a must-have feature.

My family of 3 stayed here for consecutive nights during the August holidays. ☆Good points ① Having a natural hot spring on the 10th floor is the best! Your body will be so warm that you won't sweat. It is clean and there is a cooler in the changing room. ②The room is spacious. Conveniently equipped with a refrigerator and microwave (no toaster or wrap) ☆Bad points ① Even though we stayed for consecutive nights, we only provided mini towels and bath towels for one day. There are no towels for children (elementary and middle school students). ②There was a slight smell of sewage in the toilet and bath in the room. ③There was a lot of female hair on the bed sheets. (There are some rolls) ④Are there no cockroaches in Hokkaido? There was a small cockroach. ⑤No cooler. Cooler only. It's cool with the windows open at night, but it's still a little hot.

Koki 様is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for one to two people. The bathroom and shower was excellent. You could tell that Koki 様 made sure that the apartment is very clean. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area, and also arranged a taxi for me from the apartment to the airport after I checked out. For the, I honestly think this is a bargain. I am looking forward to staying here again one day. The neighborhood outside the apartment had a lot of life within walking distances. However, it was very quiet when you were in the loft. The apartment was walking distance to some tourist attractions, and it was close to many metros to get you to the ones further away. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Hokkaido .

The room was clean, and most importantly, it had a hot spring and sauna and was open for a long time. I would like to use your hotel again if I have the opportunity to come to Sapporo again.

It is a perfect place to ski at the Kokusai Ski Resort. The room was clean and I have nothing to say about it.

Quiet & Cozy place to stay

It was used as a base for sightseeing and skiing. It had everything you need as a vacation home and was very comfortable. The natural hot springs are also pleasant and the view is nice. The host also followed me in various ways, which was very helpful. I will use it again.
